Their pricing is very competitive and the conversations and planning we did with Tyler made eRoof be our first choice. They completed our roof replacement very quickly and the cleanup was great. It not only looks wonderful but no more leaking and they replaced some rotted wood while they were at it. Reading the reviews (including the BBB) for eRoof convinced me to call them for a bid. Aaron C. came out and made his recommendations and answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. I was pleased to learn they would only need to remove a small number of shingles (about a bundles worth), not the whole roof. Surprisingly, though the color match isn't perfect it's still quite nice. The cost of the repair, though not cheap, was fair. My only complaint is because it is a "repair" they are not able offer a warranty. But, because of the company's history I'm confident the repair will be successful. I highly recommend this company.

They did not complete the work listed on the contract (removal of old existing insulation) and only removed the charge after we brought it to their attention. They also had to reschedule repeatedly to finish installing the roof vents since they waited so long to do the work that there was snow on the roof by the time they came to do the work. I wrote to the owners directly before posting this but they have not responded. Be forewarned. They were the priciest bid we got but poor value for what we paid.

My HOA spent at least a year getting them replaced with the right color, only to have them replaced with full size (insanely cheap) screens when I ordered the half size. I was shocked at the quality difference from the original screen to the replacement window screen. Additionally, the replacement took 8 hours, when the original install was around 3. Lastly, I've been waiting months for my new screens and they came in the wrong color. This company is horribly unprofessional, and I have not heard one word back about when I'll get the correct screens in the correct color. Do not use Champion, they have such poor customer service that I'm appalled.
