They subcontracted it out after telling me they don't use subs and the installer kept having his GF bring him stuff was in and out of my house all day. Then they didn't even replace the framing in one of my bathroom windows that I was 99% sure has some mold. A window lock broke shortly after installing and it took me multiple tries to get a hold of someone to get it fixed. It got done eventually but not what I was expecting for over $1,000/window.

The little sales boy ignored multiple messages from us after bragging during our sales meeting, that he ignores calls when speaking with potential customers, well, he ignores all calls, name is Jack herbes . 3 windows had broken/ missing/ non working issues, one the screen did not fit- we are now waiting 4-6 weeks for a new one. All in all, poor quality windows, piss poor customer service and sloppy installation.
