Brad, does everything he can to make a situation right and deliver on his promises to clients. Brad agreed to install two new doors the day after Christmas. The install was scheduled weeks in advance but a couple days before Christmas Brad called to say the doors were at their local vendor's lot, secured in a trailer but he had no access to the lot and the vendor was closed until after New Years Day. I told him that it was not acceptable to reschedule based upon the holiday as the holiday was not a surprise or out of his control. He could have made other arrangements with the vendor in advance so that he could deliver as promised. The end result was a quality product installed by talented people who enjoy what they are doing. It would have been 5 star if I didn't have to coach them through getting the job completed on time. read more

WOW in a bind this morning .with moms garage door .Called this morning the Gal I spoke with was very helpful she explained Might be hard to get this done today based on what I knew about the problem at my moms house .She said wait a minute she said Brad wanted to talk with me .Brad stated also might not be able to get this repair done today ,Then he had me hang on ,I could here him talking with other people in the office and changing how the day would play out .He stated he would be able to work it out and get the door fixed at moms house ..We worked out the details and Brad sent Steve out to fix the door .Wow Steve as I thought would just fix and not have to work with my Mom ,Instead He worked with Mom to calm her and with me on the repair.I know we need a new door but Steve got the door working to buy us a little time so we can arrange a better time to put in the new door This is the second time we have used there company for my door at home and Moms Repair .Do not have your door replaced or fixed by anyone else .They give great service and advise at a great price .There whole staff goes out of there way to take care of you the customer .I will never call anyone other than Brad to help me with a garage door concern....Thank you so much Sincerely Dave B read more

I'm not one to write reviews for services that I purchase, but I'll make an exception for JLR. Came home to a broken spring on one of my doors. Not a big deal, but too dangerous for a DIY project. Called for service and they had a tech out within one hour (no emergency service requested), and they replaced the spring for a VERY reasonable price. Top quality, friendly service for more than a fair price. Call JLR if you have a garage door issue. You won't be disappointed, you'll be happy. read more

I have found that the level of service quality at this business has deteriorated over the past couple of years. I would caution anyone who calls for door service to be very specific on what needs to be repaired, as not all of their technicians are trained to the same skill level. Tell the service writer what you want done on what type of door, and ask him/her to read it back to you. Otherwise, you might get just part of the job done, and then spend a lot of time trying to get them to come back to finish the job. In my case, they never came back or returned my calls, and I had to find another company to finish the work. read more
