Did a Yelp project to do a new sliding patio door replication. Needed whole thing replaced and everyone was recommending screen medic. They weren't cheap...but they were the cheapest of all quotes. After I paid the $25 down, I got a two week window and they came within a few days. Measured onsite, went to vehicle and came back 15 minutes later with the door and installed. What a great service, from the first customer service contact, to the awesome work done by the tech, Ryne. I own rental properties and tenants can be very hard on window screens. I recently hired Screen Medic to remove and repair or replace about 10 screens in one of my properties. They took exact measurements of each window opening, took the screens back to their shop to fix them and brought them back and reinstalled them in just a few days. They paid attention to every detail and were very friendly and honest. They usually work on site during good weather, but this was during Winter and I didn't mind the few day wait. I had a great experience with Screen Medic! Dan came out early this morning and replaced EVERY screen on our house, including the storm doors and the patio door. It only took him about 2 hours and he did a fantastic job. Not only is he good as replacing screens, he's super polite and professional. Our screens were old, dirty, rotten, and falling apart. We had duct tape on some of them. Our large mastiff actually ran through our closed patio door screen last summer! We just painted the house, making the screens look even worse. Now the windows look great! No more duct tape. And no more mosquitos. I highly recommend that you use the calculator on the website to calculate the exact price. We had two oversize screens that needed to be replaced and he did the work fast and very well....the new screens look great! They match the other window screens perfectly (important to my wife) Great Job!! We had a little problem with the charge total amount vs what was quoted me on the phone when I made the appointment. I called Screen Medic after the tech had finished and left and talked to them about the pricing discrepancy and they said no problem at all....they would refund the difference and honor the price quoted me. No hassle....no BS....just great customer service. It is SOOO pleasurable for me when I find a company that does quality work, is punctual, and is also ethical and honest! Loved Screen Medic! I bought a house that had terrible screens, large and small hols everywhere. I had Screen Medic come out to replace five of them. I could not get three out myself, and the tech, Chase, was great about figuring out a way to remove the windows to get the screens. They were really stuck in there after probably 20 years. He arrived right on time, worked really fast, was friendly, and the price was fantastic. I had a warped screen that I assumed would have to be tossed but he was able to just reshape it for me, saving me money. Highly recommend. I have this categorized the best I can - can't believe there's not a doors subgroup within Home Services!! It was a Thursday, and the wife wanted my back screen door fixed by Saturday, when friends were coming. You see, my twin brother's dog ripped a huge hole in the screen of this door, and it needed to be replaced. I know what you're thinking: "Come on, man, that's an easy job, replacing a screen on a door!" Well, maybe for you, Mr. Handy, but I'm an idiot when it comes to these things. Further, I wanted it to look good, so I started calling around. I called two Ace Hardware stores, and they said they could do it for me, but it would be 1-2 weeks after I drop it off at their store. Really? This is not a difficult service! So I do a quick Google search, and lo and behold, Berg's Mobile Screen Repair appears! I gave them a call at 12:07 PM, hoping I might get them to do it that day or the next day. Not overly optimistic, but hoping. Chad answered the phone and told me they'd be there at 1 PM. Wow! I booked out of work and arrived home just as they were arriving...15 minutes later, I had a new screen on my back screen door. It looked great and cost only $30! I should add that I would guess this is not normally quite so quick; he told me that a big contracted job had just been delayed that morning until the following week, so they had a bit of extra time. Also, his business operates just six blocks from my house. Still, the level of service I got (1 hour between initial phone call and beautiful new screen for very affordable price) was simply great! Horrible Service!!!! I called on a Monday for an Appt to get my screen fixed. Chad stated he would call me on Friday to let me know what day/time he would be out the following week. Chad finailly called me back almost two weeks later to say he would be out in my area the following day around 6pm.
