Due to a recent hailstorm, we needed to have our roof replaced. After interviewing several roofing…read morecontractors, we chose eRoof to perform the work. Their representative, Garret H., presented a thorough plan for completing the work, assured us that he would coordinate with our insurance company as much as we required, and had a plan that would get the work done in just a few weeks. The eRoof bid was also in-line with other bids we had received to do the work. At the same time, we decided to upgrade our gutter system, which was the original one from 1959. The new system we chose included a cover to eliminate the need for gutter cleaning. We also needed to fix our chimney cap, which was falling apart in large chunks. eRoof also gave us competitive pricing for both projects and integrated that work into the overall work plan. The chimney cap replacement was completed first. That work began on a Monday and was finished the next day. The roof replacement happened on Friday, and the gutter system was hung the following Monday. All of the work was completed in an 8-day span. Throughout the process, Garret H. worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that the new roof system met the current code requirements, with the insurance company agreeing to pay for the additional underlayment called for in the code regulations. The work crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. The cleanup left the grounds in good condition. In conclusion, we are very pleased with the results in all three cases - the roof, the gutter system, and the chimney cap. We both recommend eRoof as a solid choice to handle your roofing (and other) needs. Kathie and Larry P. Roseville, MN

I recently bought my first house and of course it came with a roof that needed replacing (30+ years…read moreold!) I contacted Garret to support on the project. He and the team at eRoof were very supportive throughout the entire project, thoroughly explaining everything and efficiently getting the project completed. I have nothing but great things to say about the process and final product with eRoof. In fact, a neighbor of mine also commented on how professional and respectful the team was while working on the roof, they cleaned up incredibly well, no stray nails or waste.

Whether it is the…read moredark color but a 13 lb dog jumping up grazed the door and took off the top coat with maybe one rough nail. Pane in the glass offered touch up paint and a email copy from Pro Via stating not covered. But how do you touch up a hairline scratch. So dont count on a smooth door remaining nice looking. This happened the day after install. The installers tried to correct door fitting on the slab and made a special trip for material to prevent water intrusion. The inside of one door the flooring material got ripped on removal of old door. the installers cut a piece of wood that was part of door shipping material to cover it up. My husband says no big deal. Not true to the wife who was locked away with her dogs. I used up my goodwill on the scratch with this company. As an experienced home fixer upper myself I realize things crop up remodeling but they knew this home was slab on grade and should have planned accordingly. And an F to ProVia on durability of their top coat finish. If you are a perfectionist do not get a smooth finish or the Brick red finish. The lighter color screen door so far has not experienced the same fate....yet
