It was past time for a cleaning so we called them. After 14 years of use I wondered what they could do. It was reinstalled today and it looks brand new! They were very friendly and helpful, their work was excellent and their attention to the smallest details was much more than I expected. I was so pleased with the service I received from Mark! Here's why I'd recommend him and how he's different from others: I own a rental home in St. Paul and the city does annual safety inspections and found a window that they claimed needed to be replaced. I tried to source a window company for almost three months with no success as most would only come out for replacing at least 2 to 4 windows or more, not to just replace or fix one. I finally found Mark and he was able to make an appt within a week of us talking and he was able to fix the window on the spot without replacing it. He brings all of his tools with him so that if something like this does happen, he can just fix it on the spot if he's able. I'm looking forward to having all of my windows there replaced in the next 3-5 years and I'll be calling him for this work!

I would definitely use Glass Guru again if something like this happens.
