I said you should not have taken our business if you could not do a proper job! The roofing was completed by the team Weathersafe subcontracted to do it on Tuesday, August 23rd. I called on Wednesday, the 24th and asked Mark to send a cleanup crew ASAP. Nails and debris in driveway and sidewalks and grass! I contacted him during week asking for help. Finally, my husband, who had been out of town called him and complained on Saturday, the 27th. He finally sent the cleanup crew Saturday afternoon. I had already picked up all the nails, debris you see in photos. The clean up crew stayed two hours cleaning up nails with magnets, debris, and removing tar from sidewalk. On Tuesday, the 30th, a week after the roof had been put on, Mike from Weathersafe did the post inspection and took away the pile of leftover materials that had been on my driveway for over a week. I pointed out the roofing over the bay window being bumpy. Mike said if it didn't settle down by itself in time to call them back to redo it. Today, Wednesday, the 31st, the city inspector left a note on our door that the roof did not pass his inspection as it needed a chimney cap! So the job is still not finished!
