Among the things taken were a robotic vacuum, a water purifier, pantry items, and cleaning supplies. When I texted her about it, she responded that she'd taken the things because she figured they'd be thrown away anyway. She admitted that it had been unprofessional and offered to return the items. I will say that what she did clean was well done. However, her lack of judgement and her inability to complete the job means that I cannot possibly recommend her to others.

If you would like to use their mixture of essential oils and trust that it will not trigger allergies or reactions then this service may be one to go with. If you want a straightforward clean and want to avoid an argument when you request use of your own products, then avoid this company. Super stressful experience.
