Years later I reached out to Kurt for extensive interior repair and painting. He came by and made recommendations based on what made sense economically. He provided quotes for each room that I feel were fair prices. Daniel and Javier, his two expert painters, did an amazing job with both repairing badly damaged areas and the painting/finishing. They not only did a fantastic job, they were reliable, kept everything tidy and in fact probably left my home cleaner than it was. I will be a repeat customer in the near future, and recommend them without hesitation.

There was caulk along the border between the wall and the tile that had to be scraped off before it could be painted and look at how clean the line is now! I love fun colors and with something this bright it's important that every angle be clean otherwise any mistakes are glaringly obvious. You can see how nicely everything was cut in and they always do such a great job protecting things that are not being painted and then cleaning up afterwards. Pane in the glass offered touch up paint and a email copy from Pro Via stating not covered. But how do you touch up a hairline scratch. So dont count on a smooth door remaining nice looking. This happened the day after install. The installers tried to correct door fitting on the slab and made a special trip for material to prevent water intrusion. The inside of one door the flooring material got ripped on removal of old door. the installers cut a piece of wood that was part of door shipping material to cover it up. My husband says no big deal. Not true to the wife who was locked away with her dogs. I used up my goodwill on the scratch with this company. As an experienced home fixer upper myself I realize things crop up remodeling but they knew this home was slab on grade and should have planned accordingly. And an F to ProVia on durability of their top coat finish. If you are a perfectionist do not get a smooth finish or the Brick red finish. This leaked behind our fridge and into our wood floors for weeks before the water level was high enough to puddle. We had a specific wood type that we were hoping to replicate. Thankfully Unique Wood Floors carried that same wood type. After my initial call, their project manager Jim contacted us to schedule a visit. We had our estimate less than a day after our visit. We stopped by their showroom in St. Paul and spoke with Michael who helped us view the flooring we were interested in. We placed our order for our flooring. Within a few weeks we were contacted for our installation. Our installer was named Al. More like super Al! Al tore out our old flooring which looked to be a very tough job. He then installed our new floor. As Al was wrapping up, first he swept the floor, then he was back down on his hand and knees with a towel wiping our floor clean. Wow. Talk about commitment. We were also impressed that Jim stopped out to check on the progress, then again after the install was completed to make sure everything looked good. Not only did it look good, we felt it looked great! I have to admit, I am very particular about how things look and our floor really looks great. Thank you to the team at Unique Wood Floors who made this whole process very impressive.

It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. It would be great to have the onsite team member get our contact info. He was quick, efficient and professional - and the windows look amazing!
