I normally only write reviews for companies that I am highly critical of in hopes that consumers can avoid doing business with the same horrible companies that I have had to deal with. However, I felt it was necessary to write a review about Lions Share Maintenance as I was completely blown away by both the quality of the services and the level of professionalism displayed by the staff and the companies owner. I randomly stumbled upon this company online after looking for someone who could clean the windows on the upper levels of my home from outside. The larger companies wouldn't give me the time of day as they felt the job was not large enough for them to handle. I spoke directly with David, the owner of the company, who was GREAT! Not only did I get an extremely fair quote on the job, but he explained the process to me, the guys showed up on time, which never happens anymore, and he even followed up with me to make sure I was satisified with the work and thank me for my business. If every company did business like this and actually valued customers like they used to, the world would be a much better place. The Lions Share team came out to pressure wash our home and clean exterior windows. From scheduling with Birynne, day of service and follow up with Dave (the owner)--Lion's Share service and professionalism is top notch! Birynne responded to my initial email inquiry within hours and service was set up within a week. The team arrived and completed the project within the 2 hour window I was provided. WOW! I was amazed at how streamlined the process it--they just needed a water hook up and everything runs from the truck. I noticed the team was very careful to ensure their equipment didn't interfere with our landscaping. We have a 3 story home and it was fun to watch how they can operate the hoses and poles from the ground! Its been a week and my house and windows are glowing in the (cold) sunshine! We used Lions Share to wash our vinyl siding and to clean the outside of our windows. The person arrived about 10 minutes early and we walked around the home to outline what was to be done. It took about 2 and a half hours (about 30 minutes more than they estimated) but the results were terrific! they were able to reach the peaks of the roof and cleaned everything including under the eaves and the outsides of the gutters. They got off some mold and algae along with years of dust and grime. Each window was cleaned individually with no streaks or spots. the cost was exactly as estimated and everything cleaned up before they left. I will definitely use them again next time! read more

I do not write many reviews but felt I needed to for Lion's Share. Despite the snow storm we had mid-Oct they showed up on-time to wash windows on the outside of our townhouse complex. I called very last minute to ask them to come back the next day to also wash the inside windows which they did. The scheduler was very professional and scheduled the last minute request. They arrived slightly early, were VERY polite, wore masks, were quick, and even recleaned one of the outside windows that a bird hit shortly after they had cleaned it the day before. By far, the best customer service I've had in a long time. Honest people who works tirelessly. Geoff and Nick came out to wash my home along with my walkways and driveway. The work they did turned out awesome but unfortunately, they couldn't get the oil/grease stains from the driveway. Nevertheless, Geoff informed me that someone was going to contact me to have a crew come out the next day to treat the driveway again at no charge. The next day, Brandon came out and worked on the driveway scrubbing away. After he was done, it was night and day. The driveway looked awesome. Lions share maintenance is my go to for any Window Cleaning, Gutter cleaning or pressure washing services. This summer I had my house Powerwasher and my roof "soft washed" I didn't even know that my roof could be cleaned! All of this for less than $800.00 After the two young men left my house, to say it looked brand new would be an understatement. The communication of their staff both in the field and through their office has been absolutely amazing. WOW, WOW, WOW! Had house & vinyl privacy fence washed. Tyler was great. Arrived on time, very polite. I was worried the green algae would never come off my privacy fence. It did and now it sparkles. My house is white vinyl and it also shines. Had another company power wash my house several years ago and was told that the only way to get the gutters, soffit and fascia clean was to hand scrub it. I have used them several years for pressure washing on brick pathways, sport court, stone steps, vinyl fencing, wood decking and concrete pool deck-- everything has always turned out great.
