My roommate, who scheduled the service, said she had called and provided them with my correct number, but the company later denied that any such call ever happened. I was fortunately able to catch the tech while he was mid-job, but that shouldn't have been the only way I found out he was on-site. When I raised these concerns, the company's response was dismissive and unprofessional. They outright denied that my roommate ever spoke to them, insisted their system was correct despite clear evidence it wasn't, and refused to take any responsibility for the miscommunication. So I might conclude the property manager at my association never made an attempt to contact WOH. After no response to my phone call directly to the business, I wrote my original YELP review. Truth be told, owner of WOH states he was never contacted by the management company. NOT SURPRISED BY THAT! I saw the owner posted a note on my original Yelp review yesterday. We have now spoken by phone and he has committed to make things right. Thank you Eric for the follow up . Messages do sometimes get missed.
