Mike is a terrific communicator and responded very quickly to my request for a quote. As relatively new homeowners, it can be stressful to find companies that are trustworthy and reliable. Mike is the best person we have found so far in 3 years. Meeting him was a pleasure--he was very kind, honest, and open to our questions, and ended up giving us the most reasonable quote we received with the longest warranty. His crew came out soon afterwards and were also friendly, considerate, and professional. Our new gutters are much better than the ones we had before. They also look great and even match our house perfectly. The service we received from Gutters Direct was exceptional in every way. This is a company committed to quality, integrity, great customer service, and value, a combination that every homeowner wants and is increasingly hard to find. Too bad we can't hire them to do everything else we need for the house.

I was originally given a 7-11am time window, but then told to ignore it without being given a clear alternative. I had to follow up several times just to get an updated arrival time. On the day of the appointment, I was never notified when the technician arrived. He began working without knocking or checking in, even though I was home waiting. My roommate, who scheduled the service, said she had called and provided them with my correct number, but the company later denied that any such call ever happened. I was fortunately able to catch the tech while he was mid-job, but that shouldn't have been the only way I found out he was on-site. When I raised these concerns, the company's response was dismissive and unprofessional. They outright denied that my roommate ever spoke to them, insisted their system was correct despite clear evidence it wasn't, and refused to take any responsibility for the miscommunication. I paid for the service because the work was completed, but I would not recommend this company to anyone who values clear communication, accountability, or basic customer service.

I requested our property manager to have WOH come back and clean up excessive lint on my and my neighbor's roof. Property manager reported he could not "get a hold of anyone" at the company. I finally called the company directly and spoke to Ann/Anna? and left a message for the owner to call me. That phone call to the company was answered on the second ring. So I might conclude the property manager at my association never made an attempt to contact WOH. After no response to my phone call directly to the business, I wrote my original YELP review. Truth be told, owner of WOH states he was never contacted by the management company. NOT SURPRISED BY THAT! I saw the owner posted a note on my original Yelp review yesterday. We have now spoken by phone and he has committed to make things right. Thank you Eric for the follow up . Messages do sometimes get missed. Thank you for your response and sorry that our management company may not have been truthful about having made the follow up request.
