Jacob walked through the actual work to be completed, the value of the materials they utilize and helped us get that scheduled. We also opted to add a ridge vent to our home, which was very reasonably priced, at just $300 - $400 dollars. We had a slight hiccup when we had left a car in the garage during the work, and after the crew left they didn't take the dumpster with them, which was blocking our garage door. Since we were needing to get the car out quickly, Tim and Jacob worked together to get someone back to get the dumpster in under an hour, which was super responsive for us. I would definitely recommend Legacy Construction for anyone looking for roofing work!

Due to a recent hailstorm, we needed to have our roof replaced. After interviewing several roofing…read morecontractors, we chose eRoof to perform the work. Their representative, Garret H., presented a thorough plan for completing the work, assured us that he would coordinate with our insurance company as much as we required, and had a plan that would get the work done in just a few weeks. The eRoof bid was also in-line with other bids we had received to do the work. At the same time, we decided to upgrade our gutter system, which was the original one from 1959. The new system we chose included a cover to eliminate the need for gutter cleaning. We also needed to fix our chimney cap, which was falling apart in large chunks. eRoof also gave us competitive pricing for both projects and integrated that work into the overall work plan. The chimney cap replacement was completed first. That work began on a Monday and was finished the next day. The roof replacement happened on Friday, and the gutter system was hung the following Monday. All of the work was completed in an 8-day span. Throughout the process, Garret H. worked closely with our insurance adjuster to ensure that the new roof system met the current code requirements, with the insurance company agreeing to pay for the additional underlayment called for in the code regulations. The work crews were professional, courteous, and respectful of our property. The cleanup left the grounds in good condition. In conclusion, we are very pleased with the results in all three cases - the roof, the gutter system, and the chimney cap. We both recommend eRoof as a solid choice to handle your roofing (and other) needs. Kathie and Larry P. Roseville, MN

If you're looking for a roofer you can actually trust, call JR…read more Flat roofs are a completely different animal, and it's amazing how many contractors don't really understand them. JR clearly does. His knowledge and experience were obvious from the first conversation, and he took the time to explain not just what needed to be done, but why. What I appreciated most was his honesty. Instead of trying to sell me on the most expensive solution, he walked me through where it made sense to invest and where I could save money without sacrificing quality. That's incredibly rare. He's already gone above and beyond throughout the process -answering questions, being responsive, and genuinely looking out for my best interests. He's an old-school guy who cares about doing the job right, not just getting the job. JR has earned my trust, and he'll be the first person I call for any future roofing work. I'll be recommending him to friends, family, and anyone looking for an experienced, honest roofer. Highly recommend.

Legacy Restoration didn't just replace our roof -- they fought for us when no one else would, and…read moresaved us $30,000. Our story started in June 2025 with leaks in our porch and office. Friends recommended Legacy Restoration, and our estimator Michael Stanford immediately identified hail damage and began working with our State Farm agent. What followed was a six-month battle we never expected. State Farm denied our claim twice -- first calling it "normal wear and tear," then offering only mismatched patch shingles that would have violated building codes and reduced our home's value. Legacy refused to accept it. They brought in Robb Johnson -- a 30-year roofing veteran -- who personally documented everything and sent State Farm a comprehensive evidence file. Denied again. Still, Legacy didn't give up. Things got dire when State Farm threatened to drop our homeowners insurance entirely unless we paid $30,000 out of pocket -- by February 2026, in a Minnesota winter. We were also trying to close a HELOC that required active insurance. We were truly stuck. Robb kept hounding State Farm -- calling and emailing 2-3 times a week, coaching us on exactly how to communicate with our agent and adjuster. Within one week of our HELOC closing deadline, State Farm approved a full roof replacement. We didn't even need the arbitrator. Legacy worked quickly to get us the invoicing we needed to keep our insurance active and close our loan on time. We were likely the first home in Minnesota to get a new roof in March 2026 -- and the crew installed it beautifully in a single day. DeAngelo Funches (our Service Rep) and Jonathan Sanchez (our project manager) were exceptional throughout the build. If you need roofing, siding, windows, or doors -- especially if you're fighting an insurance claim -- call Legacy Restoration. They will fight for you like family. I am 100% certain we would not have gotten this roof covered without them. I cannot thank this team enough. Our deepest thanks to Michael Stanford, Robb Johnson, DeAngelo Funches, Jonathan Sanchez, and the entire Legacy Restoration team. You saved us -- and we will never forget it.
