From the moment I messaged them for a quote to them finishing the service, they were top-notch all of the way around. They responded immediately, were there the next day to provide a quote, and arrived early to get the work done. Gutters were our priority....but the windows are the real difference-maker. read more

Requested gutter cleaning for my 3 story house. GQ was out within 24 hours to provide an in person quote. We talked about doing either partial or full house cleaning since a number of gutters appeared to be ok. In the end, since it was my first time, I went for the whole house to learn where future trouble spots would be and come up with a plan for future cleanings. The service was priced fairly and completed within the week. Work was done quickly and efficiently. I did notice one small issue a few days after service and the owner came back out to resolve it as soon as I contacted him. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the price, quality and speed of Genuine Quality Services. read more

I am a pretty good read of people and I could tell almost instantly that Cliff is a good guy. He updated me on the condition of my roof relative to what I thought were possible gutter leaks/back-ups. Sent plenty of pictures to support what he was saying and did a great job doing exactly what i asked him to on the gutters. Highly recommend this company. read more

Contacted Cliff for gutter cleaning and he was super responsive. Was just finishing a job and was on site within an hour! Did a good job and provided an accurate upfront quote. I plan to give Cliff a call again the next time I need the gutters cleaned! read more

It's hard to find good contractors out there, but I'm very satisfied with Genuine Quality Services LLC. First, they were responsive and were able to schedule quickly. Second, they did the thing that all contractors should do - confirm prices, and if scope of job changes, confirm prices again. Third, they worked quickly, and with a high level of attention to detail. What more can you want? I can't believe I considered washing these windows myself. Worth every penny! read more

Cliff responded super quickly to my messages and was able to schedule me within the week. Price ended up being higher than the estimate because I have quite a few older double French pane windows, but Cliff was super up front about the change and wouldn't start until I okayed the new price. His work was meticulous and very thorough. He was a super nice guy and very professional. Bonus: He also gave us a recommendation for a roofer! read more

On time, well done. Entire house of windows and sills was around $200, was happy with that. Would recommend.

Their gutter cleaning services were efficient, thorough and easy to work with. Highly recommend compared to others who provided estimates.

Cliff is a pleasure to work with. He responded promptly and answered all my questions in reassuring detail. The contract he drafted for our agreement was clear and professional. I'm confident GQS will take care of me this winter. read more

Cliff was great. Super nice and did a great job. Cleaned everything well and had all the tools necessary to access everything.

My sister needed her windows cleaned prior to putting her house on the market and I was trying to help her out long distance. Clifton from Genuine Quality Services was very helpful and accommodating as we worked to schedule something (me in Los Angeles and my sister in Minneapolis). He was able to get her in in time so that the windows would be cleaned before pictures were taken for the real estate listening, working through the rain to make sure it was done on schedule. My sister was thrilled with how everything turned out. I know she'll keep them in mind when they need someone to clean the windows at their new place and will recommend to anyone looking in the area. read more

Used for window washing was able to come out within a few days, with others booked out months. Quality work and was happy with the service. Using this winter for snow plowing too. read more

Our windows have never looked better! I would highly recommend GQS. They were quick to give an estimate and schedule the work.

Clifton was super friendly and had great communication throughout the quoting process and service. There were no games to be played. He was quick to get in contact with me and provide a quote and availability. He even went out of his way to come do a walkaround the house (which we did not have to be there for) to ensure we receive an accurate quote. During the window washing process, I forgot to remove one of our screens on our patio door and although his policy is that he washes all panes that do not have screen, he took the time to move and replace the screen door without any additional charges or "upon request". We also had new windows that had some glue residue from the Energy Saving sticker and those are all gone now. Very happy with the quality of work! In conclusion, I highly recommend going with him for your window cleaning service and will be in contact with him for any future work. read more

Excellent service! We had them out to do exterior windows, but they also helped us remove, replace and clean screens. Our neighbor was so impressed that he hired them, too. This firm works hard and does a thorough job at a reasonable price. We will recommend them to others, and we recommend them to you, too. read more

Cliff and crew are great and very responsive to his customers needs.

Clifton was quick to respond with a reasonable quote and schedule to clean our vine infested gutters. Two story large duplex that had not been cleaned in two years. He arrived on schedule, did a fantastic job and was a pleasant and professional communicator from start to finish. I highly recommend his services and know I will be calling him again. read more

Requested a quote online which was promptly responded to with an initial estimate, and adjusted once he was onsite to confirm the window count. A few hours later we had sparkling clean windows, washed inside and out including a skylight which required roof access. Perfect time to knock this off our list before the weather turns. Very responsive, courteous and professional...a small price to pay to avoid this tedious task every year! read more
