OMG! I don't usually write bad reviews but the experience I just had was unbelievable. Nathan…read morefrom Leaf Filter Gutter Protection visited my home to provide a quote for installing wire mesh lid on my gutters. He walked around my home measuring the gutters and taking photographs before presenting his findings. I sat patiently and listened to his presentation, which lasted over 30 minutes, he quoted a price of $17,496 for the wire mesh installation. He mentioned a discounted rate of $10,000 if I agreed to sign the paperwork that day. When I inquired further about the product, I shared that I had received a previous quote of $3,000 from another company for a similar micromesh product Nathan suddenly became indignant. He stated that our conversation was over and that a discount would only be available if I signed up immediately, before he left my residence. He did not permit any additional time for me to consider the offer. I was taken aback by his discourteous behavior towards the end of our discussion, despite my continued interest in the product and my request for more time to decide. After reading numerous negative reviews about their product online, it has become clear why Leaf Filter Gutter Protection employs high-pressure sales tactics

I requested our property manager to have WOH come back and clean up excessive lint on my and my neighbor's roof. Property manager reported he could not "get a hold of anyone" at the company. I finally called the company directly and spoke to Ann/Anna? and left a message for the owner to call me. That phone call to the company was answered on the second ring. So I might conclude the property manager at my association never made an attempt to contact WOH. After no response to my phone call directly to the business, I wrote my original YELP review. Truth be told, owner of WOH states he was never contacted by the management company. NOT SURPRISED BY THAT! I saw the owner posted a note on my original Yelp review yesterday. We have now spoken by phone and he has committed to make things right. Thank you Eric for the follow up . Messages do sometimes get missed. Thank you for your response and sorry that our management company may not have been truthful about having made the follow up request.
