Pane in the glass offered touch up paint and a email copy from Pro Via stating not covered. But how do you touch up a hairline scratch. So dont count on a smooth door remaining nice looking. This happened the day after install. The installers tried to correct door fitting on the slab and made a special trip for material to prevent water intrusion. The inside of one door the flooring material got ripped on removal of old door. the installers cut a piece of wood that was part of door shipping material to cover it up. My husband says no big deal. Not true to the wife who was locked away with her dogs. I used up my goodwill on the scratch with this company. As an experienced home fixer upper myself I realize things crop up remodeling but they knew this home was slab on grade and should have planned accordingly. And an F to ProVia on durability of their top coat finish. If you are a perfectionist do not get a smooth finish or the Brick red finish. The lighter color screen door so far has not experienced the same fate....yet

Layne came to our home and did an excellent job explaining the different rebate options, financing plans, and the entire insulation process. He made everything easy to understand and stress-free. Alexis and Tarik handled the actual work. They removed all of our old attic insulation, sealed any openings, and installed new insulation that helps repel mice and bugs. The next day, they returned to insulate the walls. They arrived on time, were respectful of our home and furnishings, and left everything clean when they were done. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism from SNAP Construction. Highly recommend!

They assured us they were a "one stop shop" and could do the whole thing, and that it should only take 2-3 days The project took 2-3 weeks. When the first crew came by to do the insulation they did a great job. When they left, there was no drywall or mudding done. Two days of no updates or a check in, I email to ask what's going on. I'm assured they are waiting on the drywall team and will get back to me. A week goes by, no response, I email again and am told they're still waiting. Another week goes by. Stuff is now falling out of my ceiling. My garage has been filthy and unusable for two weeks. I tell them if we can't get this done this week we will have to go with another contractor to finish the job. Suddenly someone is available to come out the next day. Again, contractor themselves does a great job, but they leave without finishing the attached wall to our house, leaving styrofoam plugs in the wall (not up to fire code or city code). Instead of a check in or follow up, I get an email asking for full payment. At this point I'm fed up with managing this project myself (every contractor who arrived asked us "so what are we doing today" as if they had just been given our address and told nothing else). I email their main email and get a response from the owner a couple days later, all apologies and that they'll get someone right on it Over $7000 to act as my own project manager for a "one stop shop" company. I wouldn't recommend them unless you want to pay them to manage construction crews yourself.
