Evan from Squeegee called and stated he was running ahead of schedule & asked if ok to arrive early; of course I was happy to agree. We sat down and talked about the cleaning process he goes through as a one person crew..I was honestly expecting two people- one for inside and one outside. He worked efficiently and pointed out a few things we had not noticed like a window with a broken seal & that some windows had a dark residue from burning candles. Just had Squeegee Magic out and, once again, they did an excellent job! Very reasonable price and nice, polite workers. It is well worth i he cost to not have to do it myself. What took them a couple hours would have taken me a couple days, and it wouldn't be anywhere near as good if I had done it myself. In addition to the inside and outside of windows, they cleaned the screens and the sills. I also had them clean all of the exterior light fixtures and the ceiling fan on our porch (for a very reasonable extra charge). Very happy with everything! read more

Totally amazing difference, didn't realize they were that dirty. They send a text when they're on their way, they get there when they say they will and are finished in a certain amount of time. Good reasonable price. Good communication about when they were headed out to my house. Missed a few windows and left spots. I fixed them but they did offer to come back and retouch however wish they would have just reimbursed me for the missed windows. read more

We had our windows cleaned inside and out, the cost was a touch over $680. The agreement said that they would clean 80-90% of the dirt from the window sills, they didn't hardly touch them. The answer to this issue was to give me a credit on my next service. Never Again! read more

I was extremely negative about them coming because the wash wasn't until 3PM. The women on the phone encouraged me to have them come even though it was "late." The workers were professional, and quality minded! The guy in the house was super, and worked around my disorganization (after back surgery I'm not picking up much). As a retiree I recommend them. I have been using SM for years. They do a great job. We have a 2 story home and have our windows washed twice a year. We love the sparkle of freshly washed windows. I also appreciate a report on the condition of the windows and screens. Their rates have gone up but so has the price of gas, insurance, and the cost of a living wage. I was not at all impressed with the results as I have been in previous years. There are many streaks/marks left on the windows from the squeegees that they use and are quite noticeable when the sun is shining through the windows. I probably will not use them again in the future. read more

The cleaning team arrived at the set scheduled time and got busy working on cleaning the inside and the outside windows along with clearing off the tree debris from the leaf guards which are placed on top of the rain gutters. The three-person team was courteous and performed their job professionally. It is always very enjoyable to look outside with clean windows!
