Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective.
