They also sent me a reminder to confirm the date and time of my appointment. My technician, Ben, even called ahead to see if he could arrive 15 minutes early, which was a pleasant surprise. Great company. We are just in the initial phase and are scheduled for repair to occur shortly, but so far our Project Planner, Peter Lord, has been fabulous to work with.
