I would rather give a review on the work done but they never did any. We have some type of film on the exterior of our house. We have had other vendors try to remove it however they were successful. I tried Dawn dish soap and a scrub brush attachment on a drill and got some decent results. I reached out to Kahuna and requested an in person appointment through their website. I received a text stating they received it and would schedule. I received several texts about the date and them coming by, I reiterated, several times, that I wanted to be there when they stopped by to discuss the issues we were having. No response, no one showed up, we have cameras on the property and know if anyone approached the house....no one came. The next day I received a bid via email for standard house washing and and additional line item stating the option to acid wash the house and pricing was on a per square foot basis. no total cost, no price, just a open line item. Then I started getting emails about scheduling the work. They ignored my request to meet on site. They didn't even show up on site. It is as if I am being told...screw you just give us your money. Why would anyone want to do business with them when you are treated like that? I have unsubscribed, twice now, from their automated emails and text messages. Excellent workmanship. Always texted back SOON if I texted them. I had to change my appointment a few times and they were always gracious in their responses. I live in a townhome, not very many windows. And the price was reasonable. They did the windows, inside and out, the screens and the sills. The 2 men who came to my house got right to work. I wanted to like this service. The person who gave an estimate said their service was best because they cleaned the window sills. We hired them for our historic beautiful home though the cost was very high (more than $2,000) for our many window panes. Lo and behold we were told when they arrived they charged $20 more per window to have the window sills cleaned so this was a bait and switch. They originally tried to clean the small pane windows on the second floor with a long large brush from the ground floor and water poured into our home . When they left many of the windows were dirtier than before they arrived. In addition the window sills were not cleaned with debris which I had to clean. They returned once but many panes still unclean. Please be careful. I do hope they have improved their service as this was an unfortunate and unfair travesty. read more

Excellent customer service...really strong! Pricing was inline with competitors but slightly lower. I had my entire house's windows cleaned and they look excellent. Had a slight hiccup with track cleaning not being performed on the first visit but a quick message to the team and they were out immediately to rectify that. We were extremely disappointed in the window cleaning service. We paid extra to have the tracks cleaned which was to include brushing, vacuum, and wipe. They were barely even wiped out. The windows themselves had water spots and streaks. We called and they sent the same guy back out to try a second time. This time he at least brought the vacuum for the tracks and they looked better but not great considering they charge extra for this service. He washed the windows again, yet some still have streaks. We have an average sized house and paid almost $600 and this did not include having the screens washed as this would have been yet another charge. I would recommend finding a different company to wash your windows. read more

We had all of our exterior windows cleaned and after they left I noticed 2 windows were completely missed and there were a lot of squeegee marks left. I tried reaching out to let them know what had happened and did not hear back from anyone. Also, the truck that did the cleaning had a different window cleaning company on it so I don't know if they contract work out and it's not their own people. read more

They did a great job on our house. We called them and set up an appointment, they were a little booked out. But when the date came they showed up on time. Two guys came in and did a great job cleaning the windows; inside/out/screens. They were super friendly and explained everything very well. They were very clean courteous and professional, and would definitely recommend them. read more

After stating they would arrive between 8-10am., they cancelled at 9:55am. No real explanation, just we can't make it. It had been raining on and off, but I figured they would have called if they had to cancel due to rain. I made this appointment on Aug. 2nd and picked the date to have it done (Sept. 11th) as I had to take the day off work for this. My son is coming home to visit from the Navy and I wanted the windows cleaned. From 8-10am., I moved furniture away from windows, items off window sill, moved cars, so they could get into the garage easier, etc. Now, I'm putting everything back without the windows cleaned. It is hard to get good help. I would not hire this company. read more

we have used Kahuna a couple times, gutter cleaning and window washing yesterday 10/24. windows look good inside and out. only "slight" issue was I know I was quoted on the phone around $250 and I counted ALL the window SASH and PANELS accurately, I worked for a major window manufacturer for 30 years so I can count sash and panels vs.units. My bill was $319, so higher than I was quoted, I am guessing tax was not in the quote, but tax qouldn't make up the $70.00 difference. The emailed invoice I received was just a summary, so I am not able to try to resolve the difference in quote vs.final price. Mike read more
