It has been almost two months since I gave them a deposit of $2,000 for work to be done on my sister's house. After assurances of the work going to be started "next week", nothing has been done. Absolutely nothing. I will sue them in small claims court, but more important than that, I believe that they should be held criminally liable for conning people into giving them money when they obviously had no intention of doing the work.
