We discussed and agreed to the project schedule and expectations. What transpired was a serious lack of transparency and management. We were taken advantage of including paying for work that was never done and were told it was, hurried work that required rework multiple times, schedule slippage by multiple weeks causing us to incur additional costs and rescheduling subsequent contractors. John discussed making things right, however we were well past the point of allowing for this to continue and paid for a different contractor to finish the remaining rework. We got our wavy glossy ceramic white tile for our shower remodel here. I liked that they had everything on display with the type, style name and barcode clearly visible - and in some cases, had display examples printed or physically onsite. It is an easy process to pick up an online order. You don't need to go through the store to a register. You simply go to the pick up counter. The staff will help you load your vehicle as needed. We were traveling from 2 hours away and we arrived earlier than expected. When we arrived to the pick up door, we were greeted by Brayden who notified us that they still needed to grab the tile we ordered from a full crate so the tiles would be from the same tile lot versus us just grabbing tile boxes. We grabbed lunch and when we returned our order was ready. As Brayden and team started loading the tile into our SUV, they realized the weight of the tile is more weight than our vehicle can handle. We left half the order there and returned the next day to pick up the other half of the order. Day two pick up was a positive experience with the staff as well.
