They give you one on one attention and listen to your needs and wants. We have used them for our flooring needs multiple times with multiple houses from carpet to laminate to LVP and have always been over the moon with our final product. Even when we have needed carpet patched because of a paint spill, their carpet installers patched it so well we couldn't find where the patch was. I would never go anywhere else for my flooring needs.

After doing some research and reading the great reviews for John's Flooring, I decided to give John a call, and I'm so glad I did! John was able to meet with me that same week and brought samples for me to choose from. I also wanted a little extra padding under the LVP, which was no problem at all. A few weeks before the project started, I asked if he could also replace all the wood baseboards. He came out that same week to take measurements and promptly provided an updated quote. The pricing was fair, the quality of the work was excellent, and John kept me updated throughout the entire process by sending photos of the flooring installation and hardwood refinishing. The transformation was incredible! At first, I barely recognized my own basement because it looked so completely different. The hardwood floors had a faded spot, but after John refinished them, they looked brand new. John was professional, accommodating, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I have another project coming up, and my first thought was to call John. I had such a great experience working with him the first time that I can't wait to work with him again. I would give John's Flooring a 10 out of 5 stars if I could! If you're looking for excellent workmanship, fair pricing, and someone who truly cares about the results, I highly recommend John's Flooring.

I am above-and-beyond impressed with Floor Coverings International North Twin Cities, and more…read morespecifically, with Spencer. My husband and I were looking to purchase flooring for a large space that we planned to install ourselves. The flooring needed to withstand three large dogs, be easy to clean, and still look beautiful in the space. Spencer was incredibly patient throughout the process. He gave us space to browse products while ensuring we understood the pros and cons of each flooring type. We originally looked at flooring from Home Depot, Menards, and Floor & Decor, but nothing compared to the quality offered by this company. Despite our limited budget, Spencer worked with us and provided pricing for several options. We ultimately chose an Inhaus herringbone product that can be challenging to install. Spencer took the time to ensure my husband felt prepared, offering several tips to make the installation process smoother and minimize waste. Once our order was placed, the flooring was delivered quickly and arrived without any damage. The finished look exceeded our expectations. Overall, I would highly recommend Floor Coverings International North Twin Cities to anyone looking for quality flooring and exceptional service. I'll post photos once the project is fully complete!

I am just tired of the disruption to my families and my life. I am 100% unhappy with the quality of work and the unfinished result. They said they would install vent covers... they did only half. There are molding issues, chipped edges on end boards, unlevel flooring and no real attempt to make it right... even though they pleaded that that was their goal. Thankfully, I got a second opinion from Dave's Master Floor Care. Dave carefully inspected the entire floor and explained that refinishing was possible -- and he delivered outstanding results with good value. Dave is thorough and an excellent communicator. He explained the types of wear on my floors and outlined his refinishing strategy step by step. With little room for error on this type of flooring, I appreciated his clear approach -- there's no "undo" button with refinishing! Dave also has tools I've never seen before -- it felt like he had a gadget for every challenge that came up. Plus, he's been doing this for years, so he knows how different stains and woods react. I even learned a bit along the way. And the best part? Dave does the work himself. Sometimes he brings an assistant to help with simple stuff, but you're really hiring him -- not a random crew. After seeing what he did with the floors, I also had him fix some big cracks in my garage and driveway too. Same story: great work, no fuss. If you want someone knowledgeable, equipped, and detail-oriented, I highly recommend Dave's Master Floor Care.
