John discussed making things right, however we were well past the point of allowing for this to continue and paid for a different contractor to finish the remaining rework. They have substituted floor transition trim pieces with something other than what was understood. When contacting the store manager "Wes" he twisted things around and simply lied and said the pieces didn't exist. I contacted the manufacturer of the tile and was given a number to call to order. I called and they looked it up and said "no problem" Wes would rather deny and argue and put words into your mouth, and when he finally figures out your not going to give in, he will simply say "you signed the contract". My project hasn't even been completed yet and I'm regretting it already. Please go somewhere else. The one star rating lies mainly on Wes.

Not only did the new estimate grow to outrageous proportions, but the salesperson Samantha seemed to either speak to me as if I were old and couldn't understand, but it is more likely that she is about as intelligent as a brick wall.

He provided a consultation for my indoor floors, but then I had him also look at my garage floor and he said he was able to do the work I was looking for, which is what I will be reviewing here today. I had a few cracks in my garage floor and was looking to Epoxy it to protect it for the winter. Dave explained to me his process and how it differs from the competition which helps keep his cost low. The best part about Dave was that he stuck to the quote he gave me, with no surprises or additional ask for money, and he started when he said he would, got the job done quick, and finished when he said he would - anyone who has worked with contractors before knows this is a rarity! Dave was respectful and treated the place with care, and I would recommend his work to others. We think the garage looks great!
