"Dan" was absolutley THE MOST rude and condescending person I have ever dealt with in my nearly 18 years of contracting. Not only was he rude in his texting, but he also felt the need to call me right after my text to him at 10.30am requesting he please not change the time again - and when i answered he screamed "YOUR CLIENT PICKED THAT TIME Have a good day" And. then. he. hung. up. on. me. whoa. the epitome of professionalism there, Dan. /s First of all, my client did not "pick" that time - that was the time DAN gave. Second, when you are talking to the contractor who is coordinating the project FOR the client as well as installing the laminate, along with being the one who suggested LL FLooring to the client to begin with, you do not want to piss them off. They give you one on one attention and listen to your needs and wants.
