The phone call was nearly unbearable, I have never had a service seem so disinterested in a customer - the call "dropped" 3 times, not once did I receive a call back. At the end of the conversation, I was told I'd receive a call within a week with more accurate estimates and to schedule an appointment.. two weeks later still haven't heard from these jokers. 0/10 customer service and courtesy I'd recommend trying to source and lay your own carpet before dealing with these imbeciles.

It took over 4 weeks to get the materials- that were "in stock". They couldn't find a somewhat decent hardwood installer up their ass with both hands on their cheeks. If you know what you want, can carry it out the same day, and install it yourself - have at it. Otherwise, save yourself the grief. You can thank me later. This review will concern the person they sent to set up the installation of the hardwood, who may not be the guy in the showroom who sold the flooring, but is an employee of LL Flooring - and therefore reflects directly on the company and my potentail use of LL Flooring for materials in the future. "Dan" was absolutley THE MOST rude and condescending person I have ever dealt with in my nearly 18 years of contracting. Not only was he rude in his texting, but he also felt the need to call me right after my text to him at 10.30am requesting he please not change the time again - and when i answered he screamed "YOUR CLIENT PICKED THAT TIME Have a good day" And. then. he. hung. up. on. me. whoa. the epitome of professionalism there, Dan. /s First of all, my client did not "pick" that time - that was the time DAN gave. Second, when you are talking to the contractor who is coordinating the project FOR the client as well as installing the laminate, along with being the one who suggested LL FLooring to the client to begin with, you do not want to piss them off. That is the surest way to get not only the hardwood installation bid cancelled, but the entire materials order cancelled as well. According to DAN, only HIS and my clients time were "important". I was "not needed or necessary". Got it. OK. I also do not need, not will it be necessary to use LL Flooring, or recommend them to any future clients.

They give you one on one attention and listen to your needs and wants. We have used them for our flooring needs multiple times with multiple houses from carpet to laminate to LVP and have always been over the moon with our final product. Even when we have needed carpet patched because of a paint spill, their carpet installers patched it so well we couldn't find where the patch was. I would never go anywhere else for my flooring needs.

We just wanted to tie all the rooms together since Dave's did another job about a year ago. Everything is simple from the quote, demolition, installation and sanding to the finish. Communication is great and you always know where they are in the progress. Absolutely no surprises is the 3 times we have used them. Kelly did our second job and we requested him to do this job too. I paid for 3 coats of poly and an additional "radcoat" supposedly to make the floors more durable…read more They sanded down the middle, did not do the corners or edges at all. After I complained they scraped off the poly and somewhat fixed the corners. Not great, but better. Applied one more coat and then the final coat so I got one less coat then I paid for. First time they left the doors unlocked, second time they left them not only unlocked but wide open in sub zero weather. The house was vacant so I guess they thought that was ok. When I asked them about it they said it was hard to lock old doors and hard to make old floors look good. I thought that was what they did? It was a 1940's house so not ancient. They have every excuse in the book ready when you call to complain. Not the same floor company I used to get for all my rehabs. Very sub par work which it appears to be from a variety of sub contractors. Sad that what was once a good business is now just a scam operation cutting corners whenever they can. Check all reviews - wish I had.
