Kind and patient design help at the shop to choose the product, caring and thoughtful people measuring and estimating, decent prices, and two of the nicest installers anyone could ever hope for. The actual installation was pretty much a breeze, except of course for all the furniture being crammed into the bedrooms which was actually kind of funny and only lasted for the four days it took them to do the whole job. This is extremely concerning, as new flooring should not show signs of failure so quickly. My attempts to resolve this matter have been met with delays, limited communication, and no clear plan to correct the issues. As a customer, I expected accountability and timely support, especially for work that is clearly defective. They are quick to reply when selling you flooring.
