If you're on the market for a new roof, be sure to consider eRoof for your project. They are fast,…read morereliable and truly stand behind their work. I can't recommend or thank them enough, your home is in good hands with eRoof. Here's our experience. eRoof did a full replacement of our flat/low pitch roof late in the fall after we noticed some leaking. As we decided to replace it out of our own pockets, we wanted to be sure the company we chose for our project was perfect for the job. Their pricing is very competitive and the conversations and planning we did with Tyler made eRoof be our first choice. They completed our roof replacement very quickly and the cleanup was great. It not only looks wonderful but no more leaking and they replaced some rotted wood while they were at it. Come spring when the snow melted, we noticed the drainage from our new roof was not going to work long term. We contacted Tyler at eRoof, he listened to our concerns, came up with a solution and made sure we were 100% satisfied with our product even months after the job was completed. This company stands behind their product and their commitment to making sure their customers are top priority. This is the kind of company you want to hire when the integrity of your home is on the line. Thank you again to everyone at eRoof, 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

I recently bought my first house and of course it came with a roof that needed replacing (30+ years…read moreold!) I contacted Garret to support on the project. He and the team at eRoof were very supportive throughout the entire project, thoroughly explaining everything and efficiently getting the project completed. I have nothing but great things to say about the process and final product with eRoof. In fact, a neighbor of mine also commented on how professional and respectful the team was while working on the roof, they cleaned up incredibly well, no stray nails or waste.

If you have had any work done by Stronghouse (formerly Options) make sure you have them take pics…read morebefore, during and after the project and that they complete all repairs. Also, go over their contract carefully--I learned the hard way, just because insurance paid for everything, Stronghouse took specific things off their list because it wasn't worth it for them to complete those repairs. However, they never asked me or told me that they were only going to do part of the project list. I was just going to send the final check when I looked closely at the after photos and noticed they didn't replace the vents and that's also when I saw the cheap gutter cover. The project manager and I spoke for nearly 30 minutes, and I told him I wanted everything on the list done. He proceeded to tell me this is a good thing that we get to keep the money, and I told him I didn't want that because things will only get more expensive, and I will have to pay more later. He said that he was surprised how adamant I was about this because 99% of the time customers don't care and that they rarely replace the vents because they are actually still working, they're only dented by hail (even though insurance thought they were damaged enough and paid for replacement, and we all know how stingy insurance companies have become). I asked do customers actually not care or is it that they don't know? Because if I hadn't seen this myself and called it out, I would have sent the entire check, meaning they would have gotten paid for items they did not complete. That sounds like theft/fraud to me. Then when he saw how adamant I was he changed tactic and said that he was worried since the shingles were already down that if they replaced the vents now, there could be water damage. I, of course, didn't want to risk that and was essentially scared into not having them done. In retrospect, I wish I had never agreed to that because when a tornado came through 2 years later my insurance company wouldn't cover anything because they said they already paid this out. That is also when I found out that they covered the front and back gutter covers from the previous storm. Stronghouse only replaced the front and were paid for both front and back. Fast forward a year, the cheap gutter cover failed, my tenants said when it rained the water would flow over the covers like a waterfall. The result of which caused water to flood my basement in that exact area. I have owned the property for 25 years and the tenant has been there for over 15, and there has never been water in the basement. Stronghouse had their guys come out and I had other people over to inspect and they agreed something was wrong and after some back and forth, they finally agreed to put on what they should have in the first place--Gutter Helmet. However, after another hard rain and a quick thaw this past winter I am continuing to get water in the basement. The damage has been done, and Stronghouse will not do anything about it. Spoke to the VP who was incredibly rude and said they went above and beyond spending an additional 3000 for gutter helmet covers (which they should have used in the first place) and blamed me because I signed the contract. I'm not an expert nor should I have to be, I'm hiring the "experts" who are supposed to complete the list insurance has agreed to pay for, I didn't know they were cherry picking only the repairs they wanted to do. I'm trying different avenues to get this water damage taken care of. I asked the VP, Bob, for his insurance carrier, and he refused to give it to me and essentially said to sue him. So, that's where we're at. Work with a company with integrity who will repair damage that was caused by their employees faulty work.
