Best driveway experience I've ever had. Minta Driveways was incredible helpful with setting up and then doing an exceptional job with a 4ft apron and resealing of my driveway. They even completed the whole job within a day! I was really surprised with the quality of work and time it was done it. The crew was very polite and flexible around my schedule, and edged the driveway for me too, which I wasn't expecting. Now my driveway looks 10x's better than my neighbors who just got theirs done as well through someone else. I'm resorting to writing a review on Minta after numerous attempts to contact them to discuss the sealcoating they performed on my driveway in Sept. of 2012. They arrived on time, performed the work as described and did a very nice job. However, just six months later, the entire surface has lifted off, not just in spots but across the entire driveway. It starts with the surface bubbling, blistering until it gets washed away with rain or snow. The end of my driveway at the street, prior to today's rain, had piles of all the material that had been applied to the driveway. My neighbors who have had their driveways sealed by other companies several years ago still look great but mine looks terrible. I'm not at all pleased with Minta and would NOT recommend them. Update: March 21, 2013 -- Finally got a call back from Tony of Minta who had been out of the country for three months and was returning my multiple calls and email. I appreciate that he returned my call but as I pointed out to him, it's probably a good idea as a business owner to notify people that you're out of the country and won't respond in a timely fashion. Enough about that. Tony has committed to looking at the issue once it warms up and will make it right. I'll take him at his word and will update when the issue has been resolved, when the weather is warmer. May 17, 2013 -- I got an unprompted call from Tony a couple of weeks ago saying he wanted to come out and correct the issue. We've been having some other work done so I finally got back to him today to say let's wait another 2-3 weeks until the other contractors are gone and the trees are done dropping seeds. He agreed, I'll update after complete resolution. Aug. 28, 2014 -- As promised, Tony followed up and after our driveway was free of construction trucks for other work, he and his worker came out and re-sealed our driveway. He was very prompt and polite. The driveway looks great and I hope the material holds better than last time. I'll update this review when I see how the material holds. I'm increasing my rating of Minta to Three Stars based on Tony's responsiveness, will adjust come spring. May 2, 2014 -- Well, another full winter and spring weather has beat down on the new surface coating from Minta and it held up as expected. Tony has reached out to me to ensure I was pleased with how it held up and I'm pleased with his service. I did not call him this winter to see if he has made changes to his business practice of alerting customers that he was out of the country for an extended period of time but presume he has done that. Tony seems like a very conscientious small business owner and has been focused on making things right with me. I would recommend Minta to others. read more

I live in a newer community where all driveways are roughly the same size and many of my neighbors were interested in seal coating as well, so we collectively came together and then worked with Tony Minta to negotiate a group rate on 25 driveways. Not only was Tony's bid for each driveway favorable, but he and his crew came in and knocked out every single driveway in a single day. Moreover, the work was fantastic - no accidental tar on garage doors or sidewalks, lawn was power-edged beautifully at each home, and the entire neighborhood was happy. When the time comes again in a few years for this type of work, I'll certainly look Tony back up again and will ask him to come back. Thanks for the great work, Tony! read more

They are all filled as well as the apron to garage and drive to curb cracks filled and sealed - an all around excellent job. Very professional look!!! Tony is willing to answer all your questions. My driveway was in desperate need of repair when I called Minta. Other driveway repair companies either didn't return my call or didn't have anything to offer other than replacing the driveway. I sent pictures of the driveway to Tony and he said "no problem," and we agreed on a day and time, and he and his crew showed up exactly as promised. He filled potholes​ at that initial appointment ​and returned the following week to seal coat. Heavy rain washed away the initial seal coat, and Tony contacted me to say they'd be returning within a few days to re-seal coat, and he did, and it all looks great! Hired MDS for a driveway apron and everything looks great, very quality job. We had significant gaps where the driveway sunk at the lip of the garage, but they filled everything in and even went the extra mile to patch a few poor areas on the driveway without charging any more than the original quote. Tony is very courteous and did a fantastic job cleaning up their work space. We hired SealKing last year and they sprayed tar on our white garage doors and never cleaned it up. This was a much better experience. We can now go a few more years until replacing the driveway and plan to use MDS for that as well. read more
