I phoned Starbrite to request an estimate and they were prompt in getting that estimate to me. I emailed them to say I would like to have their service and it was arranged at that one phone call and at a very close date. Today they were to be here between 111 and 12 but the technician called to say he was still at another site and would be late. If that was acceptable, he would still come but if not I could reschedule. It was fine with me that he would be late and he is here now doing a wonderful job. He apologized again when he arrived about being detained. The service, quality, and price is really wonderful. I will highly recommend them to my friends. read more

For several years now, Starbrite has cleaned all our windows at least once a year and they have never failed us. Their rates are reasonable, they are prompt returning calls, and they arrive on time. When they leave our house, the whole world looks brighter and better through our clean windows. They were recommended to us by one of our neighbors and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others. read more

We have used Starbrite for years, but their ownership has changed. When they cleaned our windows a few weeks ago, they left a window damaged so that it would not open easily and would not stay open when raised. When we contacted them about the problem, it took nearly a week for them to respond with this reply from their CEO: "After speaking with my tech Jose there was nothing he did to cause any type of damage to that window. You guys obviously didn't see him cause any damage so we are at stand still..  I am not going to take care of something my tech says he never damaged." Our further response to him was ignored. Not the level of customer service boasted on their website. Also, we wrote a check which we gave to their tech on the day of cleaning, but a day or two later we received an email with an invoice and no acknowledgement that we had paid. When the same CEO was contacted about that, his reply contained no apology, but blamed it on an "auto response". Needless to say, we will not use Starbrite again. read more

Used this company to do interior and exterior cleaning of windows.The owner came out to look at the windows and give a quote and the pricing was fair. We ran into some difficulties with storm windows being painted shut which was not noticed during the initial inspection. Had to split up the cleaning into two visits. One of the cleaners also spent much of his time (while up on the ladder cleaning) using his cell phone for a personal call (which I could hear through the window). Not a deal breaker, just not what I would call the safest choice. Would use this company again, they did good work for a reasonable price. read more
