"the future's so bright;I gotta wear shades" My friend recommended this company and man did they deliver. I liked that we talked via text (very prompt) and I could pick and choose which windows I wanted cleaned. And THIS WINDOW!..." Highly recommend

We got our exterior windows cleaned today and they are absolutely sparkling!…read more I appreciated how the team followed up, since some time passed between when I first asked for a quote and when I booked. They stayed top of mind and that's what ended up making the difference! The team member arrived behind the provided schedule, but wasn't a problem. Their details noted that nobody needed to be home so I was working in the basement, and didn't hear them ring the doorbell. I didn't realize they needed to come in to take the screens off! It appeared the person didn't get my phone number, so poor guy had to wait until I noticed the ring camera notification to be let in. It would be great to have the onsite team member get our contact info. He was quick, efficient and professional - and the windows look amazing! We were long overdue and now are excited to be able to clearly see out. Makes the house feel so clean!

They have traditionally been more cost effective than some competitors. This year they started the job and came back with a price hike to finish the job which was nearly a thousand more to do the job. They are no longer cost effective. When I balked at the change of life quote (remember they have been doing it for a few years) they immediately sent me invoices for work to date in email and text and followed it up just days later with a second invoice. I guess billing is more important than customer service. Had they only been as diligent with customer service I might not be writing this

Ok, let me start off by saying that there were ups and downs using Roof To Deck. I am giving a 4…read morestar as it ended on a high note and the deck looks beautiful. I understand that companies like this are going to have problems with scheduling and sometimes even craftsmanship, there's no getting around it, no one is perfect. But it is my belief that it is almost as important how a company reacts to a customer issue as to how many they have. When I originally contacted RTD it was a middle of the road quote, but their estimator was friendly and knowledgeable so I called to set up a time. I needed it done by a particular date. I was originally told that it would not be possible, but Lisa understood how important this was and worked with me to get it scheduled in time. The stripping of the deck was honestly amazing. I had done it once before, by myself years ago, and only had a fraction of the success they had. A couple days had passed and a crew came out to stain. They worked all day and didn't finish. They mentioned they would be back the next day. I was a bit concerned in the work as it was uneven in some areas. I thought I'd reserve judgement until it was done though. The second crew came out, and possibly used a slightly different color. I probably could have lived with the variations, and it probably would have blended over time, but I ended up calling RTD and talking with them. They immediately sent someone out to look at it. He spend 2 seconds looking at it and said - Don't worrry, we'll strip the whole thing and re-do it. Less than a week later, it was done and looked perfect. I will use them again next time. They actually stand by their work. Even if they aren't the cheapest or there may be a problem, Knowing they stand behind their work is one less thing to worry about when dealing with a contractor. There is a lot of value in that.

I originally gave this business a one star review. Their services (cleaning rooftop dryer vents)…read morewas contracted through our townhome association management company (Network Management Daniel Gay property manager.) I requested our property manager to have WOH come back and clean up excessive lint on my and my neighbor's roof. Property manager reported he could not "get a hold of anyone" at the company. I finally called the company directly and spoke to Ann/Anna? and left a message for the owner to call me. That phone call to the company was answered on the second ring. So I might conclude the property manager at my association never made an attempt to contact WOH. After no response to my phone call directly to the business, I wrote my original YELP review. Truth be told, owner of WOH states he was never contacted by the management company. NOT SURPRISED BY THAT! I saw the owner posted a note on my original Yelp review yesterday. We have now spoken by phone and he has committed to make things right. Thank you Eric for the follow up . Messages do sometimes get missed. Thank you for your response and sorry that our management company may not have been truthful about having made the follow up request.

Their technician, Natalie, came out and did excellent work. Talk about great value and ethical business practices! We would use WOH again, and would absolutely request Natalie!
