Every year or two I get my house carpets done: hallway, bed room, dining room, living room and living on the second floor in a condo and usually other cleaning companies bring a portable steamer and that always does so so which is still better than no so. My fiends who get their carpets cleaned in their homes always have theirs looking better than mine starting day one after a good steam cleaning. I get it why so many neighbors in condos "upgrade" their flooring to tile and hardwood or laminate; but that means the footfalls are more audible for neighbors bellow. Personally, I like carpeting. In true chilly season in Minnesota & so good quality carpet cleaning is even more important for those of us living in condos or appartments if we care to have more quiet! And if we care to feel more cozy. This time is the first time that a carpet cleaning service decided to bring in the non-portable steamer from the van. I realize all along this is possible but it is much preferred as the steam has more pressure this way. Jovan is the one who came and he's such a pleasure to work with. I decided to help a little because I'm a nosy busy body that way and he graciously tolerated me doing so. Later, I got hungry & thirsty so I ordered take out and shared a quick bite and I'm glad he didn't refuse. I'm a health but & an ethnic first generation Hungarian and we're known for being hospitable so that was also a pleasure. Why not! Well, let me say my neighbors noticed and might get some quotes from Jovan still today and I hope he comes back again soon and share some tea and I'm ready to have a carpet party. He got more stains out than anybody so far. I've loved here for 10 years almost so I've got experience. THANK YOU. I think you all will make many of my neighbors happy. I was very pleased with Dream Steam's services. Joe and Juan were very personable and did a great job! They left our white carpet looking beautiful. There had been a darker trail in the hallway due to the heavier traffic pattern that the regular cleaning did not quite clear up. But Joe patiently explained how the physical attributes of the carpet's fibers causes the fibers to lose some of their reflective qualities due to wear and tear and therefore would look darker than the rest of the carpet. But Joe then offered to treat these areas with a new product called 'Dinge Away' that would restore the fibers' reflective quality. Since this product was new to them, Joe offered the service for free! Of course, we accepted and are pleased with the result. While I'm not sure that I would recommend that anyone install a white carpet, I would not hesitate you recommend Dream Steam for cleaning it! read more

We have used a handful of carpet cleaning services over the years and have always had decent results but never anything "Over the Top" until we hired Dream Steam. My initial inquiry was handled over the phone with such professionalism, unlike any other. The woman took so much time explaining their procedure, what I can expect and the approximate cost We had some pretty significant stains so she said she would prefer to send Joe P out to the property because they wanted to see the situation before making any promises. When Joe came out to quote he was completely honest and did not give any false hopes or expectations. I appreciated his honesty and hired him. Joe came out with his equipment and cleaned the floors, cleaned and deodorized the carpets and removed stains that I never thought would come out...Ever! We highly recommend Dream Steam and have already recommended Joe to others and will continue to use Dream Steam for all of our future cleaning needs. I had Dream Steam come out to help dry out a room in my basement after a pipe leaked. My bill came to over $2000 to lift carpet, run fans and dehumidifier. I contacted a local business to come stretch the carpet out after it was dried. I was informed that the seam of the carpet was taken apart by Dream Steam improperly and the carpet would need replaced. This cost me an over $500 more to have the carpet replaced. I informed Dream Steam of this but the did not have someone available to come look at the seam before the carpet was replaced, and they refused to discount my bill. I do not recommend this company and will never use them again. read more

Got our carpets cleaned through their services. Only did a portion of our home and it made a huge difference in those areas. Between the frequent traffic and puppy issues on our carpet, they were looking quite worn down. The carpets now look great! Their staff was friendly and professional! We did have a mishap and that's why I rated 4/5 stars. The representative that cleaned our carpets accidentally backed into our garage. The damage was minimal enough that we probably wouldn't have noticed it for a long time. However, their representative came right in and apologized profusely and notified us of what happened. He couldn't have been more apologetic about the mishap. We ended up having to get the damage repaired and unfortunately it was way more expensive than either party anticipated. However, dream steam was utterly accommodating, forthright and more than willing to rectify the issue. Although it was an unfortunate situation they handled it wonderfully. Rated 4/5 just due to the extra work endured for the mishap. Their services are otherwise 5/5. Would still recommend to others to utilize their great service and absolutely plan to use them again! read more

Joe and Enock arrived right on time and got right to work. They did a really great job (you can't even tell our dogs LOVE barfing anymore) and they did it really quickly (about 45 minutes for a bedroom, hallway, stairway and area rug).
