When I spoke with the company spokesperson, he denied this was due to any fault of his employee. I asked that he ask her where she had put the charger. He has neglected to do so. He offered me a $100 rebate and an appliance cleaning in exchange. As the total cost to me has totaled $525, I found this to be less than acceptable.
