We had the drain pipe from the kitchen sink crack and leak into our basement. I did some research and contacted Green Clean. Dan, their remediation specialist was thorough, clearly explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable. They removed the drywall, located the failure, removed carpeting and dried and disinfected the area to a state that was ready for reconstruction. Next, Rhett, Mitch, Trevor and team came in and reconstructed the damaged area. Rhett was great and estimating and working with the insurance company when needed. He allowed us time to pick out our carpet from a wide array of samples and was helpful in the selection process. Mitch, Trevor and team were great replacing the drywall, painting and making sure everything was as expected. I highly recommend Green Clean for water remediation and reconstruction projects. read more

Great service. Very communicative. Gave us an estimated amount of time and they were done within that time. I like the fact that they minus the furniture area when they're taking their measurements in terms of giving you a quote for the job. I have a pet that sometimes makes an accident. He warned me that once the carpet cleans and gets wet, we might smell the Pet order initially, but we did not perhaps because of the pet deodorizing solution that they use. Overall very satisfied and will use them again. I was not satisfied with the company I hired last time and decided to try a new company and I'm glad I did! read more

I had Green Clean come to help us find the source of odors in our building. I highly recommend this company if you have any cleaning or restoration needs. read more

I had a very wet carpet from a leaking pipe, and had a great experience with Green Clean coming out to take a look. They were able to come right away, and explained everything about the remediation and restoration process in wonderful detail, which was comforting since I had never dealt with a serious mold problem before. They were very helpful in giving me informal ballpark ranges for how much full restoration might cost, on top of a very detailed Good Faith Estimate for initial remediation. I would definitely call Green Clean again! read more

Very polite, friendly technicians who answered a lot of questions for me and clarified my expectations about just how much improvement I could expect. Things definitely look better than before they arrived! Only thing that might be improved is putting down some cloth so that the equipment doesn't leave marks on hardwood floors as they roll it to where the cleaning will happen. I'd highly recommend them. read more

I had an OUTSTANDING experience with Green Clean!! I was so impressed with Brock and Collin who cleaned my carpets. They were so professional and attentive. My carpets look amazing! I never thought they would ever look this good again. They used non toxic plant based solution which I wanted for my grandson and puppy. I would highly recommend this company! Very impressive company! read more

We had water damage in a lower level bedroom. We contacted 3 venders; Green Clean was at our house within an hour and their mitigation team had the water damage removed that same day. They had the equipment to dry everything within 3 days. The rehab team worked with us to get drywall and trim back quickly. Every person we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and willing to move the project forward quickly. They listened to our concerns and made a plan to meet them. Communication was excellent. We would highly recommend Green Clean! read more

Green Clean Review: Awesome job by Brock and Haeley We have worked with Green Clean many times over the years. This is a professional business that I can highly recommend. Their work is simply amazing. They arrived on time, explained what they were doing and were very friendly. No hidden costs. The carpets sparkle. The company has integrity, call them today at: 612-789-9600 Janet Delmore Roseville, MN P.S. See you next year! read more

I had them clean the carpets in my home a month ago. I wanted to get rid of cat hair in the carpet. After the job was done, I could still find significant amount of cat hair. I went through my Dyson, and just after one room I could collect a very noticable amount of dust and cat hair. I got to even question if the job was performed... (I wasn't at home when the technicians were 'working') Called them to tell the issue, I never received a call back... I do not recommend and I will never hire again...!!! read more

We are so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Green Clean Restoration! This past winter was pretty brutal for a number of homeowners. For the first time in over 20 years we had a pipe freeze and burst. Actually it was 2 pipes and happened twice. As luck would have it this happened right after we had a bathroom remodeled. At least we were home when this happened or it would have been even worse! It was initially our "belief" that with the use of our own fans that we had dried most of the water up ourselves. Well apparently water freezes pretty quickly when it's really cold out and is the weather warmed up, we started seeing more and more water dripping onto our ceiling. NOT a good feeling! Since we have never dealt with anything like this before, we did some Yelpsearch and based on their positive reviews contacted Green Clean. Green Clean was outstanding to work with. From Jason (I believe there are 2 Jason's and we spoke to each of them), Rhett, and Dan. They were all professional and did detailed and excellent work. As it turned out our joists were pretty saturated and our little house fans barely did anything even though we ran them for 3 days straight. We needed the industrial fans and dehumidifier and pro's from Green Clean. According to their website they also have cleaning services as well as their restoration. Hopefully its at least another 20 years or Never before we have to deal with any water issues or restoration. If we ever have that misfortune again, no question we will be contacting Green Clean! read more

We are very pleased with the cleaning done of our carpets. A much better experience than in the past when living in VA. Rob and Whitney were great! They called before arrival, spoke with me about the job and then explained everything they were going to do before starting. They also offered me a protection coating for high traffic area. I showed them a spot that had just happened the evening before they came and it is gone. There was no chemical smells- just nice and clean and the carpets feel soft. We will definitely use Green Clean again and recommend to our family and friends. Thank you! read more

Green Clean is an excellent small, but full-service business that coordinates with reputable subcontractors to ensure customers receive a satisfying, mostly stress-free experience, following a home disaster. A positive attribute of this company is that it provides a detailed line item estimate of project scope and cost. In addition, Green Clean assists customers to navigate claims with insurance carriers. Following a major roof water leak, the Green Clean mitigation team responded rapidly to contain and prevent further damage. Led by Chad, this group worked quickly to tear out the wet drywall, insulation, carpet and set up fans to dry out the room impacted by the leak. Everyone on this team, particularly Trevor, were calm, courteous and professional. We also used the restoration services of Green Clean to rebuild the damaged room inside our home. Mitch excellently coordinated multiple, skilled and artistic subcontractors to install new insulation and drywall, painting, woodwork, and carpet. Mitch was amazingly professional, courteous, calm and unflappable. The subcontractors working with Mitch treated our home as if it were their own. The closing manager of the project, Jason, provided an exceptional final inspection of the project to ensure that we were totally satisfied. After Jason re-installed a large light fixture, he took the time to thoroughly clean it, which was unexpected. Jason was another example of the fine treatment that those wishing to use the services of Green Clean can expect. read more

Overall we are happy with the service. I could not give five stars though; The price was exorbitant. The young men were thorough, took quite awhile to get going but once they went over everything, they were off and done in no time. I would hire again even though it was too expensive. read more

Great customer service. The quality work was done at a reasonable price. I've been a customer for 8 years.

If you've read my review of Pet Cremation Services (highly recommended), you know that my family recently lost our beloved 14 year old retriever to cancer. His last few months were a real struggle for him as he became increasingly immobile and incontinent. As much as we tried to keep him and our floors clean with the prompt use of various sprays and disinfectants, our wall-to-wall carpeting had become soiled to the point where we thought it had to be replaced at considerable expense. Green Clean to the rescue! Shawn Craig, a pet owner himself who empathized with our plight, thoroughly assessed our situation. He said that while he had seen few cases worse than mine, and that it would likely take considerable time and effort with perhaps repeat visits required, he and his colleague could effectively power clean and sanitize removing virtually all lingering stains and odors. I was dubious but Shawn was so assured and convincing that I gave the go ahead. They went to work efficiently, effectively and with meticulous attention to detail. Their hard work and maximum effort transformed my home. It was restored to a place where I could once again feel good about inviting guests and hosting events. A few days later, streaks and blotches began to emerge in spots. Shawn said that this was to be expected and that I should just give Green Clean a call to have them dealt with. True to his word, he and another colleague arrived within a few days and completely eliminated the issues that had come the surface from the carpet sub-layer. No additional charge was assessed for cleaning solution or labor. Eventually, I will replace my carpet due to wear and tear. But for now, it has been given a reprieve and looks practically brand new. Plus, no musty dampness or unpleasant chemical odors. Only wholesome, fresh air now greets me as I walk in the front door. If you have rugs or carpets badly in need of cleaning, I doubt yours are in as remarkably grungy shape as were mine. If Green Clean can salvage my carpets I have to believe that they can easily take care of yours. read more

Where to start! Green Clean has become my go to service for any renter destruction when it comes to carpet, fabrics and smells! We have, unfortunately, had to call them more than I'd like, but that has made for us really getting to know Jason and his crew. The technicians go above and beyond to analyze the situation, lay out all options, provide documentation for my insurance claims and just overall be very helpful, whether it results in an immediate job or a project in the future. Their turnaround time and follow up is amazing, billing done immediately. Just overall VERY professional, yet has that family business, personal feel. I highly recommend them! read more

Super impressed with Green Clean! I found them off Yelp and reached out since the reviews were overwhelmingly positive. They responded to my inquiry right away and were able to get me on the schedule quickly, which was great since I was on a time-crunch to get it done. I had Shawn and Brandon come out today to clean my upper floor- that is carpeted. They arrived promptly, were friendly and knowledge. They were quick and efficient and did an absolutely spectacular job. The carpet looks fabulous, smells fresh and clean and feels new. Shawn and Brandon are quite the team! If you can request them- I would. Green Clean is a buisness that I can enthusiastically recommend to my friends and family and I plan to use them exclusively going forward. Nice job guys! read more

NO IDEA WHY IT IDENTIFIES ME IN SAN FRANCISCO..... THIS REVIEW IS FOR TWIN CITIES MN AREA...MINNETONKA TO BE SPECIFIC.... Just had a carpet cleaning by these folks. Rob and Joe were very thorough, explained everything, were very careful to work around and protect our antique tables. We have used Green Clean for years, because the work is always good, but also mainly because they have very effective cleaners that are not smelly like most carpet cleaners, and safe enough that our cats can be walking on the carpet as soon as they leave. They also leave complimentary bottles of their spot cleaner, which is amazing in cleaning the occasional cat barf. A+++ read more

I reached out to Green Clean because I had two rugs in need of a clean. One rug in particular, was especially soiled because my darling (not) dog peed on it and it definitely smelled funky. Everyone at Green Clean, from the scheduling rep to the actual cleaners are so nice, friendly and knowledgeable! They also take great measures to keep their staff and clients safe during COVID. Before showing up, they had us fill out a COVID survey and everyone (including us) wore masks. Green Clean was able to get the doggie smell out of the rug and the rugs look great! Hired Green Clean when a pipe burst in our basement, they said they would handle the project start to finish. They seemed so good. However, as soon as the insurance paid them for the demo, they dropped the project. I am now left with a completely gutted basement, with nails sticking out of the 2x4s, and a poorly ground down floor. When I send the pictures to other contractors to complete the project, they tell me how unprofessional a job was done. I am left feeling used and lied to. Lesson learned....never ever pay your contractor until the job is don. read more

We've been using Green Clean for close to 20 years. A+++. Aaron and David did the upstairs carpet today and also the man-cave downstairs. Year old red wine stains, tea stains all gone without a trace! We got an estimate over the telephone 2 weeks ago for Green Clean to clean our carpet for approximate 1600 sq.ft. for around $700, price includes moving furniture. While getting an estimate over the telephone, we emphasized we wanted Green Clean to move all furniture because we did not want to just clean around the furniture. On the day they are scheduled to clean our carpet, Green Clean arrived 50 minutes late, right after they came into our house, they suggested to reschedule our appointment to some other time. (their suggestion of rescheduling us came after we spent 3 days moving all the items off the tables, bookcases, floor and we cleared out as much as we could to be convenient to Green Clean). Then they spent approximately 55 minutes to measure and have a third man delivered more foam dryer supports. By the time we agreed to a price to get our carpet cleaned, they decided they should reschedule us because they are late for the next two carpet clean appointments. We are stunned of this kind of unprofessional customer services. read more

This year I was introduced to the world of kitty ownership. Unfortunately, I was also introduced to the sensation of crawling into my bed only to find that it was soaking wet and smelled like cat urine. After an initial freak out and franticly searching the web for home remedies that only kind of worked, I resigned myself to the fact that I would need to shell out the hundreds of dollars needed to replace my relatively brand new mattress. I was telling my brother about my plight when he pointed out that it would be a lot cheaper to get the mattress professionally cleaned than to buy a new one. Oh. Good point. Guess little brothers are good for something. Green Clean was the first company to come up on a quick search and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they used safe and environmentally friendly cleaning solutions. They were able to come out only a few days after I called and the cleaning process took under half an hour. The cleaning solution had a distinct smell but I actually thought it smelled quite good. The price I was initially quoted was exactly what I ended up paying and they offered to come back out for free should I not be satisfied with the results. I've been more than satisfied! My mattress smells brand new and I saved a bunch of money. Plus, they're part of the BBB and have a stellar rating. read more

Green Clean is INCREDIBLE. We used their services to clean the carpets in our new home. This is our first home, and we were a little nervous to get the carpets cleaned...but the entire Green Clean team immediately put me at ease! We received an estimate for our needs within a few hours of submitting a request online, and every single email communication after that and leading up to our appointment was prompt and helpful. Shawn and Rob (our carpet cleaners) arrived right on time (they gave us a 3-5PM arrival window and they arrived a few minutes after 3!) and were incredibly friendly, professional. I felt completely confident in their expertise. They thoroughly explained the services they were going to perform, and offered tips and advice to keep our carpets clean over time. They did not pressure me into anything, but instead offer solid consultation to help me make the right decisions for our home. We ended up getting most of our carpet cleaned and added a protective coating to our high-traffic areas. The estimate we received via email matched almost exactly to the one we received in-person (it was even a few dollars less!). We had interior damage from an ice dam in 2014 and used Green Clean to dry out the walls and rebuild our bathroom. We had a very positive experience with them and the quality of the work was excellent. When we had interior damage from another ice dam in 2019, we thought it was a no-brainer to use Green Clean again. We had a project manager come look at our house to give us a quote. He was very scattered and not clear in his description of the work to be done. After promising to get us a quote within a few days, we received the quote two weeks later with a note in the email to let him know if we had any questions. The quote was extremely high and the scope was unclear. We had numerous questions which we posed in a return email. The President of the company then left a voice message for me and I returned his call, getting his voice mail. After waiting 10 days with no response, I sent an email indicating that we still had questions. He then responded that his company would not be a good fit for our project. Because we asked questions and expected a timely response? I am disappointed at the way in which a repeat customer would be treated and am amazed at the 180 degree shift in the level of customer service 5 years later. I have been recommending Green Clean to others based on the outstanding experience we had in 2014. Unfortunately, now I will be telling others to stay away. read more
