He warned me that once the carpet cleans and gets wet, we might smell the Pet order initially, but we did not perhaps because of the pet deodorizing solution that they use. I had them clean the carpets in my home a month ago. I wanted to get rid of cat hair in the carpet. After the job was done, I could still find significant amount of cat hair. I went through my Dyson, and just after one room I could collect a very noticable amount of dust and cat hair. I got to even question if the job was performed... (I wasn't at home when the technicians were 'working') Called them to tell the issue, I never received a call back... I do not recommend and I will never hire again...!!! read more

We are so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with Green Clean Restoration! This past winter was pretty brutal for a number of homeowners. For the first time in over 20 years we had a pipe freeze and burst. Actually it was 2 pipes and happened twice. As luck would have it this happened right after we had a bathroom remodeled. At least we were home when this happened or it would have been even worse! It was initially our "belief" that with the use of our own fans that we had dried most of the water up ourselves. Well apparently water freezes pretty quickly when it's really cold out and is the weather warmed up, we started seeing more and more water dripping onto our ceiling. NOT a good feeling! Since we have never dealt with anything like this before, we did some Yelpsearch and based on their positive reviews contacted Green Clean. Green Clean was outstanding to work with. From Jason (I believe there are 2 Jason's and we spoke to each of them), Rhett, and Dan. They were all professional and did detailed and excellent work. As it turned out our joists were pretty saturated and our little house fans barely did anything even though we ran them for 3 days straight. We needed the industrial fans and dehumidifier and pro's from Green Clean. According to their website they also have cleaning services as well as their restoration. Hopefully its at least another 20 years or Never before we have to deal with any water issues or restoration. A positive attribute of this company is that it provides a detailed line item estimate of project scope and cost. In addition, Green Clean assists customers to navigate claims with insurance carriers. Following a major roof water leak, the Green Clean mitigation team responded rapidly to contain and prevent further damage. Led by Chad, this group worked quickly to tear out the wet drywall, insulation, carpet and set up fans to dry out the room impacted by the leak. Everyone on this team, particularly Trevor, were calm, courteous and professional. We also used the restoration services of Green Clean to rebuild the damaged room inside our home. Mitch excellently coordinated multiple, skilled and artistic subcontractors to install new insulation and drywall, painting, woodwork, and carpet. Mitch was amazingly professional, courteous, calm and unflappable. The subcontractors working with Mitch treated our home as if it were their own. The closing manager of the project, Jason, provided an exceptional final inspection of the project to ensure that we were totally satisfied. After Jason re-installed a large light fixture, he took the time to thoroughly clean it, which was unexpected. If you've read my review of Pet Cremation Services (highly recommended), you know that my family recently lost our beloved 14 year old retriever to cancer. His last few months were a real struggle for him as he became increasingly immobile and incontinent. As much as we tried to keep him and our floors clean with the prompt use of various sprays and disinfectants, our wall-to-wall carpeting had become soiled to the point where we thought it had to be replaced at considerable expense. Green Clean to the rescue! Shawn Craig, a pet owner himself who empathized with our plight, thoroughly assessed our situation. He said that while he had seen few cases worse than mine, and that it would likely take considerable time and effort with perhaps repeat visits required, he and his colleague could effectively power clean and sanitize removing virtually all lingering stains and odors. I was dubious but Shawn was so assured and convincing that I gave the go ahead. They went to work efficiently, effectively and with meticulous attention to detail. Their hard work and maximum effort transformed my home. It was restored to a place where I could once again feel good about inviting guests and hosting events. A few days later, streaks and blotches began to emerge in spots. Shawn said that this was to be expected and that I should just give Green Clean a call to have them dealt with. True to his word, he and another colleague arrived within a few days and completely eliminated the issues that had come the surface from the carpet sub-layer. No additional charge was assessed for cleaning solution or labor. Eventually, I will replace my carpet due to wear and tear. But for now, it has been given a reprieve and looks practically brand new. Plus, no musty dampness or unpleasant chemical odors. Only wholesome, fresh air now greets me as I walk in the front door. If you have rugs or carpets badly in need of cleaning, I doubt yours are in as remarkably grungy shape as were mine. We had the drain pipe from the kitchen sink crack and leak into our basement. I did some research and contacted Green Clean. Dan, their remediation specialist was thorough, clearly explained everything and was extremely knowledgeable. They removed the drywall, located the failure, removed carpeting and dried and disinfected the area to a state that was ready for reconstruction. Next, Rhett, Mitch, Trevor and team came in and reconstructed the damaged area. Rhett was great and estimating and working with the insurance company when needed. He allowed us time to pick out our carpet from a wide array of samples and was helpful in the selection process. Hired Green Clean when a pipe burst in our basement, they said they would handle the project start to finish. They seemed so good. However, as soon as the insurance paid them for the demo, they dropped the project. I am now left with a completely gutted basement, with nails sticking out of the 2x4s, and a poorly ground down floor. When I send the pictures to other contractors to complete the project, they tell me how unprofessional a job was done. I am left feeling used and lied to. We got an estimate over the telephone 2 weeks ago for Green Clean to clean our carpet for approximate 1600 sq.ft. for around $700, price includes moving furniture. While getting an estimate over the telephone, we emphasized we wanted Green Clean to move all furniture because we did not want to just clean around the furniture. On the day they are scheduled to clean our carpet, Green Clean arrived 50 minutes late, right after they came into our house, they suggested to reschedule our appointment to some other time. (their suggestion of rescheduling us came after we spent 3 days moving all the items off the tables, bookcases, floor and we cleared out as much as we could to be convenient to Green Clean). Then they spent approximately 55 minutes to measure and have a third man delivered more foam dryer supports. By the time we agreed to a price to get our carpet cleaned, they decided they should reschedule us because they are late for the next two carpet clean appointments. Unfortunately, I was also introduced to the sensation of crawling into my bed only to find that it was soaking wet and smelled like cat urine. This is our first home, and we were a little nervous to get the carpets cleaned...but the entire Green Clean team immediately put me at ease! Shawn and Rob (our carpet cleaners) arrived right on time (they gave us a 3-5PM arrival window and they arrived a few minutes after 3!) and were incredibly friendly, professional. We had interior damage from an ice dam in 2014 and used Green Clean to dry out the walls and rebuild our bathroom. We had a very positive experience with them and the quality of the work was excellent. When we had interior damage from another ice dam in 2019, we thought it was a no-brainer to use Green Clean again. We had a project manager come look at our house to give us a quote. He was very scattered and not clear in his description of the work to be done. After promising to get us a quote within a few days, we received the quote two weeks later with a note in the email to let him know if we had any questions. The quote was extremely high and the scope was unclear. We had numerous questions which we posed in a return email. The President of the company then left a voice message for me and I returned his call, getting his voice mail. After waiting 10 days with no response, I sent an email indicating that we still had questions. He then responded that his company would not be a good fit for our project. Because we asked questions and expected a timely response? I am disappointed at the way in which a repeat customer would be treated and am amazed at the 180 degree shift in the level of customer service 5 years later.
