(Lydia was very nice) I am light skinned and my partner is white, everyone else was black. It crossed my mind as to why, but I hope it's not the case that we were discriminated against. It must have been cinnamon and allspice, but it was entirely too much and very overpowering. It truly tasted like a spicy savory bread which is not what I was expecting or wanted. Monkey bread is usually gooey and sweet. This missed the mark, but that's okay. I'll certainly return for another treat soon. Also the bread was looking fire this day.
