I chose this company since the pricing was competitive and the contract terms and communication were very clear. I felt that Fabian was a trustworthy contractor from his professionalism, detailed explanations to my questions, and quick responses. There was a team of 5 others aside from Fabian and they were all courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed that so many people showed up to get the work done quickly. I added additional drywall and plumbing work and the work performed by this company was absolutely amazing. They fixed mistakes that a previous plumber created. The previous plumber took messy shortcuts and Avelar remodeling really takes pride in getting the job done right. Above all, the customer service was extremely excellent and Fabian offered a lot of home improvement insight that was very valuable. I am very happy with all the work that was completed at my house and already recommended this company to my family and friends. I also plan to hire him again to do do additional work on my bathroom.

More than five stars!…read more Succinctly, we met with three or four companies to get an estimate all of whom were pleasant but, somehow, did not seem as though they were listening to what we wanted. It was different with Ammar of Kitchen Cabinet Express, Inc. After a brief introduction and a short discussion of our intentions, he got right to the point, walking with my wife, measuring and making notes and asking questions. What resulted was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and a plan and drawings that exactly reflected our wishes. The deadline for completion was originally set for the middle of March 2026 but was completed two weeks early. Members of Ammar's team and contractors were professional, conscientious, and hard working. They showed up on time, accomplished what was scheduled for each day. As work progressed, we desired some minor changes which Ammar and his team were very flexible and responsive in accomplishing professionally and quickly. At every point - daily work and especially at the conclusion - the site was cleaned up immaculately and all detritus was hauled away instantly. Also, a great deal of care was taken to mask, cover, and protect the house, furniture, and existing fixtures from the dust and soiling that was occasioned by the remodeling work! This review is being written a month after completion as we wanted to take our time to let the "newness" wear off and appraise the overall experience. After this time for evaluation, we find the craftsmanship flawless, the cabinets and showers and baths installed beautifully and -- overall -- the incorporation into our existing home has greatly upgraded the whole affair. All in all, the results exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend Ammar and his team and, once settled, we will be having him back to take care of additional projects we'd like to accomplish.

We spoke with other contractors, but nobody had a vision for our space like Ammar did. He suggested designs, gave different options, and answered all of our questions along the way. They offer a digital rendering of your space during the design presentation which absolutely helped us visualize the remodel. They also offer financing which was fantastic! The work is all so beautiful, I can't believe it's the same house. We will absolutely be working with them again in the future to renovate our kitchen!

Our project was extensive--we renovated our kitchen, remodeled a bathroom that required moving walls, replaced all of our home's windows, and relocated doors. To make things even more challenging, we were living in the house throughout the renovation with our three young children. From the very beginning, Joe gave us confidence that we were in good hands. He quickly developed the plans, handled the permitting process, worked with the city, and kept the project moving forward efficiently. What impressed us most was Joe's foresight and honesty. He identified potential issues early on, including the possibility that we would need a new electrical panel. While that wasn't the news we were hoping for, he had prepared us for the possibility well in advance, so there were no surprises. Brent and Luke, the primary members of Joe's team working in our home, were fantastic. They went above and beyond to contain the mess and make our living situation as comfortable as possible. With three kids coming home from school every day, their thoughtfulness and professionalism made a huge difference. Throughout the entire project, Joe was an excellent communicator, keeping us informed every step of the way. He stayed on schedule, remained within budget, and delivered quality work that we are extremely happy with. I highly recommend Joe and the team at Built Right Construction. If we ever have another home renovation project, they will be the very first call we make.

I finally found the best contractor and just had an amazing experience building an 880sqft ADU. From the first day I discussed the project with Sergio the owner, I felt a sense of ease and trust. Segio is a standup guy and a solid business owner. He has excellent knowledge of all types of remodels and new construction. The proposal was clear and straightforward. His estimate was fair and competitive. Also, there were no change-orders for the project. Sergio hates change-orders just as much as we all do. I chose to add a few things throughout the project and his charges were more than fair. He even did some extra things at no charge. As far as the craftsmanship, the team at OSH is excellent from the crew that built the foundation to the plumbing, electrical, drywall, finishes and painting. OSH has a good size team and self performs almost everything, which gives you peace of mind and better control over timing, budget and quality. Now here is the icing on the cake, OSH Construction completed the job ahead of schedule. Sergio provided a schedule that was already very aggressive. I honestly didn't think it is even possible. The entire house was built in less than 5 months. They were often waiting on us to make decisions and select finishes. They are so fast and efficient while providing the best quality craftsmanship. If you hire OSH Construction, have all your ducks in a row and you will have your remodel completed in no time. I highly recommend OSH Construction and Sergio in particular as a contractor.
