Really great print shop. My wedding invitations came out perfectly for a very reasonable price. Beyond the printing though, the service was excellent. My friendly suggestion to management is to have a couple of hours on the weekend when staff is on-site and people can make pick ups. Making it by 7pm during the week isn't doable for a lot of working folks. Thanks for the great experience! read more

Great quality, super fast and everyone is really nice! I'm a photographer and needed square business cards next-day. Very happy with the results and they even sent a someone to drop them off to me. Competitive rates too. read more

Frank and his staff did a fantastic job printing a photo exhibition of mine. Before, I have always had to deal with printers who gave me images that were too dark or did not meet my instructions. When I walked in and saw 13 large format prints, all perfectly printed and per my instructions, I was over joyed. After shopping all over the city, I've found my home base for printing. read more

These guys are outstanding. They always understand and interpret my instructions perfectly. They give good feedback and advice to help put some finishing touches on various choices (e.g. paper stock/finish). Their end product is beautiful; and they're really fast. It's such a pleasure to work with them. I get excited when I can hand something off to them because I know it will go so smoothly. I've done three projects with them so far, and am already planning another. read more

I ordered custom mugs for my colleagues as holiday presents and was able to pick them up same day! The team was wonderful, professional and very responsive. It was a great experience! read more

I was too hurry to check the prints in store, the final prints came out with wrong margins. I guess they just auto-center the pages by boundary and not check my original files. But they called me and tried to help solving the problems with new printing. read more

I emailed and asked for a quote for a die cut, translucent laminated sticker. The sales person, Frank, emailed me back with a link for a backlit film. Since I am not in the sign/sticker printing business, I assumed that he would have sent me the link for what I asked for- A die-cut sticker. So I placed my order. When I received it, It wasn't a sticker at all, and it wasn't die-cut. Plus, it was the wrong size. It was a giant piece of plastic, not even matching my measurements. When I called to try and get the problem corrected, I was told that I made a mistake by ordering the wrong product and that I would have to pay full price for the sticker if I wanted to place a new order. I told Frank that I placed my order because of the direction he gave me. He sent me the link after I was very specific with what I needed, including the size. I was very clear with what I needed and he directed me to order the wrong item. In addition, Frank was unpleasant on the phone, not taking any responsibility for his part of the miscommunication, and unfortunately, he was unable to admit that he contributed to the mistake. That must be what happened with their name too. They misspelled the word "square" but were unable to admit their mistake, so they just went with "Squarpix" instead and hoped no one noticed! I was unable to get my project fixed and unable to get a refund. I will not be using them in the future. Very unprofessional, not dedicated to customer service. Too bad because I prefer to use small businesses, but will have to go with someone more professional and capable for this job. read more

I am so disappointed in the customer service. I've spent maybe thousands in this place. For business and even church events. Us being affiliated with churches all over the US, so you can imagine how much business they just lost. Just because the person who took care of me this time didn't care about anything. Basically after i told him about the issue, which was definitely my fault, because i guess i should've elaborated that i wanted the writings as big as the banner was. Which i thought that it makes sense if the banner is big, for the letters to be big, not for the letters to be small as if it was on a regular PC paper. But that wasn't the issue. I was willing to pay again the second time. The thing is i spent too much dollars here and i live in the neighborhood. The guy didn't show a single sign of sympathy. He could've at least said: "sorry you experience wasn't as good this time time, but i'll definitely make sure everything goes smooth next time''. But no, it was just charging me a second time, and not even caring about the job. basically you are expected to do their job for them, all they did was just print. I don't know if it's under new management, but the guy was terrible. also advice to anyone who will do business with them next time, please make sure you check everything, and make sure you do it all. Also please look at at the papers they will make you sign. it's tricks upon tricks. very disappointed. and No one reaches out to you. Also please be careful, if there is a little mistake, they won't let you know, because they want you to come back again and again, that's how it appears they are making money. this is Covid-19 time, i thought what should be the main thing right now for every business is to try and retain customers, specially loyal ones, (I've been coming there for 3 years now, maybe 4), and make new ones, and actually care for people as human beings. we have 4 businesses, very popular brand and respected in the US. we deal with guests daily, some are happy some not, but we make sure we reach out to guests and apologize for their bad experiences. This was the worst ever. I honestly think they won't last long. Oh and by the way, I came at the location to pick up my work, and no response. after i rang the bell for 5 minutes, i called and asked if they were open, the guy said yes, he is coming. When he came, he checked the bell to see what was wrong. then basically didn't care about anything i told him. if i took time out of our busy day to write such a long review is because this was the worst experience i've had in a very long time bye bye and may you continue to succeed in what you do. read more

Cool guys, friendly place. I needed to buy my friend a birthday gift at the last minute because I almost forgot her special day. I walked into Squar-pix at random because it happened to be near the subway as I was hurrying to the party. Squar-pix didn't disappoint me! They printed a special order while I waited and it came out looking beautiful. Next time I need a novelty item or special order, I'll go straight back to them. They're the best. read more

I meant to write this review back in November 2014. These people are what hospitality and GREAT service is all about. It is rare nowadays to meet and work with people and companies who keep their word and follow through to make sure the job is done. We first went to a big company who not only did not follow through with us after we called and emailed them, but they could not get our postcards printed as promised the same day. Everyone went home. So I found Frank and his Square-Pix on Yelp. Usually I do not follow the opinions on Yelp, but I was desperate. Not only did they print our hards at the last minute, they stayed after hours to make sure the job was done. My husband and I ran out to Brooklyn to pick up our order and we met Frank and his beautiful family. Someone needs to do a story on this company, survivors of the Sandy Hurricane, rebuilding their business in a new neighborhood. We needed the cards for an important client the next day. They saved us. I only recommend Squar-Pix. Thank you. read more

Mike and Frank were so helpful with my printing needs. Friendly and professional, very great to work with. I'll be going back to make business cards with them soon. Check'em out! read more

I highly recommend this business, and had a wonderful experience working with them! Frank at Squar-Pix was extremely helpful and communicative from my first phone call. I ordered a rush job on two banners, and Frank and the team were able to help design my graphics (based on a small image I had and wanted to replicate), make the changes I requested, and print two gorgeous banners within 36 hours. The turnaround time was truly remarkable for the high quality of the product. My order was not cheap, but I didn't go over my budget, and I found the price very reasonable considering the special needs of my request. Squar-Pix does all their printing on-site which allows them to work within your time frame. Their ability to complete jobs quickly, combined with their professional graphic designers and high quality and friendly service means that I will be coming back for future work! Thanks Frank & team! read more

These people are wonderful. I was starting a small business and needed a small batch of high end plastic business cards, not only did they deliver at a great cost, they noticed a design flaw on my end on the first batch and made me a second batch free of charge! I highly recommend them for a any needs you have! read more

Great work, got stickers done and business cards, fast turnover great quality. I'll be using them a lot more!

Frank was very responsive to my email inquiries regarding printing a poster from a picture I purchased online. He offered me advice via phone and was agreeable to adjusting my order more than once prior to printing. The poster was done in a day (a day sooner than promised) and looked fantastic. Plus they were $20 cheaper than a place nearby! Thank you! read more

Frank was amazing, and put up with a 16-email long thread just to get me one sheet of custom stickers. Need I say more?

This place is the BEST. I work in the film industry and had a last minute request for some prints for a shoot and Frank was so accommodating. They were able to do it the same day and the quality was top notch. Highly recommended!! read more

Squar-pix was perfect for what I needed. Both Frank and Mike were very responsive and accommodating. When I needed my job printed quickly they did it and stayed late for me just to make sure my job was done right. And when I made note of streaks on a poster they printed for me, they printed the next batch on a higher quality paper beautifully and still gave me the lower price rate! The business is also very easy to get to, right off the subway which is a plus. I will say I found places at slightly cheaper prices but Squar-pix cares more about the quality and the team is knowledgable to worth it in my opinion. read more

It's not very easy finding a business card printer! Especially when you are looking for a good price, great quality, and a very easy way to submit artwork. But luckily Squar-pix was all of this! I work at a start up in Flatiron and needed to order business cards for 13 employees. Frank was super helpful throughout the entire process from start to receiving the cards. They look great and every feels extra professional. read more

Great people, service and products. I got custom coffee mugs printed here -- a pretty cool option to begin with -- and I can't imagine a better experience. They responded quickly to my initial questions, helped me submit my order online and had my mugs ready within a few days -- at a fair price, too. I'll definitely be going back for more print jobs. read more

Squar-pix helped us with our wedding programs. We had trouble finding someone who could do the color, paper, and style we wanted within our budget, but Squar-pix made it work and was incredibly responsive and flexible, working with us through countless rounds of changes and edits. They got the whole job done on time, on budget, and perfect down to the last comma. read more

There's something to be said for brick and mortar places, even if you are doing business in the digital age. I was trying to create some promotional mugs. I tried the really big competitor with the online shop. I couldn't get the system to give me the bulk pricing which wasn't such a great deal to begin with, so I sent an email query to Squar-pix.I got a great price AND since I could pick up the order, I saved a bunch on shipping. Excellent work, too! Fast and friendly with great customer service. I wish I had more business to give them. It was a joy. read more
