Unfortunately not many in NYC possess excellent customer service skills. Here's my story.....I needed baseball shirts personalized for my son's themed birthday party. I provided Alex with the dry fit baseball jersey's and the design. He completed the design within a week but had an issue with one of the shirts. Two designs printed onto one shirt. He immediately called me and asked where I purchased the shirts. He then searched at several locations to replace the shirt that was printed improperly. When I picked up the shirts the following day I was not satisfied with the outcome of the shirts. There were areas on the shirt that were faded and were not to my liking. I called Alex to share my concerns and he immediately advised that he will be right over. When we met up he immediately apologized and took responsibility of the discoloration on the numbers on the back of the shirt. He explained that the machine was having difficulties printing on the back of the dry fit shirts and the color may have been the issue. He advised me that he will fix it and asked me what would make me happy. We agreed to me repurchasing the shirts again bringing it to him and he would reprint all of the shirts. He did not charge me for the remaining balance and even added a color to the shirt that would have been an additional fee. Within 24 hours he called me with the new shirts and hand delivered it to me at a convenient location. I highly suggest supporting Uno Group. Alex is extremely nice, flexible, professional, and has impeccable customer service.

I waited before leaving this review because I genuinely tried to resolve this directly with the…read moreshop. I paid $3,744 for the work on my car. When I originally received the vehicle, there were numerous issues with the installation and reassembly. There were bubbles/poorly finished areas, the openings for my door buttons had not even been cut out, and a piece around/behind one of my door handles had not been put back. I have photos documenting the condition. I did not immediately leave a negative review. Instead, I brought the vehicle back on May 7 and gave the shop an opportunity to correct the work. Unfortunately, after that corrective visit, I am now experiencing lifting again in multiple areas and have discovered additional issues. I also found large exposed gaps around areas of my carbon-fiber hood where PPF was installed. I paid for PPF specifically to protect this hood, so seeing exposed areas and edges is extremely disappointing. I contacted the shop again, sent 14 photos, explained everything, and requested a full refund because I had already returned once for corrective work and the problems were continuing. To be completely fair, the shop did respond and offered to inspect and repair the vehicle again at no additional cost. They characterized the issues shown in my photos as "minor, repairable installation details." I disagree with that characterization based on what I am seeing on my vehicle. I declined another repair because I already gave the shop an opportunity to correct the installation once and I am now experiencing additional/repeated issues. I have also since moved to Pennsylvania, so repeatedly traveling back to New Jersey for more corrective appointments is not a reasonable long-term solution for me. The shop has now declined my request for a full refund and continues to offer another repair instead. I am posting photos with this review so people can see the condition themselves rather than simply taking my word for it. I have preserved photos and videos from both the original issues and the current condition, along with my communications with the shop. This review reflects my personal experience with the work I received and my attempts to resolve the situation.

I thought it was a bit steep for 1 shirt with black letters but I obliged. I was informed that I could pick it up the next day.( I ordered on Wednesday) I waited until Saturday to pick up the shirt and when I went to pick up the shirt, it took about 6 minutes to find my shirt from the black bags that were hanging. Once it was found, the letters looked amateur and a name was spelled wrong. I informed the rep and I was told that it could be fixed within 15 minutes by making me another shirt. Unfortunately, I waited and they no longer had my shirt size . The rep attempted to pullout all the shirts that were the specific size I requested and to no avail. After searching, the rep offered to go to the store. Presumably the near by 99 cent store to get a shirt for them to make it in the correct size. I requested my funds back and I was given 35 dollars. I informed the rep that I paid 40 and I was met with "no, I just looked at your receipt and you paid 35 dollars". This statement was not made in a rude way but I was simply taken aback because the receipt that I showed was a 40 dollar receipt. I was given my full refund and I did not receive any apologies or anything. I exited the store. I searched for nearby custom shirt companies but many were closed except one. I reached out to MJ Design and Imprints on 125th Street. They completed my request in 20 minutes and the shirt came out perfectly. The letters looked professional. The shirt was of good quality and the energy in the establishments was welcoming and amazing! In addition to the service, the shirt was half the price and I added a tip too!! Regardless of how many stars next level has, their service was less than satisfactory and the shirt quality and letters were poor. I do not recommend this over priced establishment. GOod customer service goes a very long way.
