They advised me on some sprinkler updates, both what equipment they would replace and what what adjustments they would make to the equipment. When the day came, they did it all in short order and the system was working much better. It was well worth the money! Second, Ricardo put in an underground drain from my downspout. The downspout was previously draining right next to the foundation. He dug a trench and ran a pipe under my existing sidewalk (with no damage to the concrete) so it could drain farther out in the back yard. Again, he did a great job and cleaned up the site well at the end. I am already making plans with Jeanet and Ricardo about more work to be done on my property :D

Rain pros broke my irrigation system while repairing a backflow valve. When I asked for them to…read moreevaluate if it was due to their work, they sent techs who concluded it was electric issue and recommended a new system. In total I paid $2000 for them to break my irrigation system and have 1/2 my yard die. I had another company who dug up the backflow valve and showed that rainpros disconnected half my irrigation system and were clearly responsible. Now I am waiting on Tim Buiten to grow a spine take fault, instead of just my money. Don't let this shady company take your money. I would also recommend stearing clear of all of Tim's companies: Tim's complete landscaping management and rain pros.
