We have never reached out to this business or provided them with our contact information, yet they have been contacting my partner daily to push services. It appears they are actively scraping public government or property records to cold-call local residents. We keep blocking the phone numbers they use, but they just call right back from different lines to continue the daily harassment. Despite making it clear that we are not interested, the invasive disruptions do not stop. This behavior is predatory and incredibly unprofessional.

These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch. Daniel, the owner, carefully reviewed the work we had asked for. I agreed, and they got right to work. I thought it would take them all day, but much to my pleasant surprise, they were done in half that time. And the work? Perfect. They did everything asked for with professionalism and well-deserved pride. The yard is now presentable (and it hasn't been for a while). We'll definitely be bringing them on for monthly maintenance so it doesn't go out of control again. Cost was very reasonable. The scope of the work we needed was never going to come cheap, and cheap wasn't our goal. We wanted the job done right and we were willing to pay a professional rate to get that level of quality. Unfortunately, the work was incomplete, several plants later died, and he repeatedly refused to provide an itemized invoice or documentation for his labor charges. After the project, Mr. Ponce presented us with a receipt for plants and materials that raised serious concerns. He fabricated a fake receipt. We contacted the retailer listed on the receipt and were informed that the document did not accurately reflect the purchase. Despite multiple requests, he never provided legitimate supporting documentation for either the materials or his labor costs. Weeks after the work was completed, he demanded an additional $3,120 that had never been discussed or agreed upon. When we disputed these charges and asked for documentation, his communications became aggressive, and he threatened to return to our property and remove the plants. Even after being explicitly told not to enter our property, he returned without permission and removed the landscaping with a very aggressive behaviour. We have video evidence of him entering our property and removing the plants. The removal caused additional damage to our fence and garden, leaving us with significant repair costs. Our experience was extremely disappointing, and we would encourage anyone considering this company to insist on a written contract, detailed invoices, and clear pricing before agreeing to any work.
