What impressed us most was their work ethic. They pushed through a severe heat wave and a couple of smoky days, working extra-long hours to make sure the entire project was completed in just one week. The final result looks incredible and the craftsmanship is top-tier. I cannot recommend them highly enough for their dedication, speed, and quality of work! Also, Manny is wonderful, very thoughtful and responsive! It was such a great expeirence all around!

We have never reached out to this business or provided them with our contact information, yet they have been contacting my partner daily to push services. It appears they are actively scraping public government or property records to cold-call local residents. Despite making it clear that we are not interested, the invasive disruptions do not stop. This behavior is predatory and incredibly unprofessional.

Santiago and his crew did an amazing job on my project! I had some drainage issues along the back of my yard and decided to have a French drain and raised bed around the perimeter of my yard. These guys came in and dug out about a foot or more of the bad dirt, installed a drain and erected stone blocks for the raised bed and filled in with good quality soil and mulch. The end result looks awesome and I look forward to spending many nights in the back yard looking at how nice it is. The crew worked hard every day, showed up on time and were respectful of my property. Santiago did a great job putting the project together for me and I highly recommend him for all your landscaping needs.

We hired Vincent and Custom Scapes to install a path from the driveway and a small rounded seating area. We were very worried about drainage and the steepness of the hill for my elderly mother-in-law. Custom Scapes was timely, reliable, and detail oriented. They maintained excellent communication throughout the process. Admittedly, the path is a little steep for my mother-in-law to descend without assistance, but that is the fault of the terrain and not the company. The installed pavers are beautiful, solid and even. Safe for her unsure footing. Despite being in a water drainage path, there was absolutely no problem with flooding. Quality work! I would hire them again (especially if we decide to expand the area) Thank you!

We already have plans to have them back for another project! The crew is hardworking, efficient, respectful and kind. They started our project right on time, even when we still had snow on the ground, and they didn't complain at all! For this project the crew removed our old cracked concrete walkway and front porch and installed a new paver walkway and porch. They also helped us with some drainage issues and built a beautiful retaining wall along our driveway. We love how it all turned out! Vinnie is a dedicated, reliable and honest guy. He genuinely wants his customers to be happy with the work and he really listens to his customers. He has been flexible with us in scheduling and communicates throughout the project. Vinnie has also been super helpful in navigating the many decisions that come up with any remodeling work. We are excited to work with them again and absolutely recommend Custom Scapes to anyone looking for landscaping/hardscaping work.

They were able to start literally just a couple of days after we accepted the quote and completed the entire project in only four days. Roberto was also great about providing material options, working within our budget, and being flexible when we wanted to make design changes. He even went above and beyond by suggesting an additional design idea that ended up making the final result even better. We're absolutely thrilled with how our backyard turned out--it looks beautiful! Highly recommend Roberto and his team to anyone looking for quality work, professionalism, and a hassle-free experience.

I talked to multiple contractors - some who just didn't call back, a few who said they couldn't (wouldn't) build the fence I wanted, and frankly, a few that I just didn't like. Gerardo showed up, chatted with me about what I wanted, took measurements, and gave me a bid on the spot. I was moving into a house I was rehabbing and needed a portion of this fence done right away because I have a dog and he hustled to not only build the new portion I needed, but went out of his way to do some repairs on the existing fence to keep my dog safe and secure. He and the people working for him showed a lot of attention to detail, checked in with me often about the project to make sure it was coming along and looking as I expected, and every day at the end of the day the work site was clean and organized. I'm planning some plant installations and a new deck and Gerard's Landscaping is going to be my first call!

They told me that the market has changed and they need their customers to do some research. Then they gave me an arbutrary deadline to join a COMPLIMENTARY 10min call. We noticed his compromise and asked him for taking care of our lawn. He was doing a great job! Our family even expected him patiently to say hi all the time :) We were happy for him when the business started growing. Good for him! The reason why I'm giving 3 stars is because, as every business, other employees won't do same quality job. I understand sometimes you are training people, but sending them alone wasn't a good option the second time. They would leave grass longer. I tried to understand this as to try to hide patches (because of dog). But once they left the door open and my dog ran away. They tried doing the job quickly to go which resulted in a low maintenance :( Other times they would just cut the lawn and not trim bushes. I have to say flowers blossomed pretty nice! We also aired grass a couple of times, and rang him for a step which was left uneven... Still not pretty by the way... :( On the bright side, Adan was here on the date he planned most of the times :) What I felt uncomfortable with is that I didn't like the way he messaged us. Harsh tone for a company explaining things to a Customer. I believe in CS no matter what. I felt betrayed in a relationship where I felt everything was right and then receiving poor treatment when business was going well elsewhere. Reading another Response he gave to another Reviewer makes me realized something in management changed. Customers do not deserve such ways.
