In other popular cycling stores in Portland I have been ignored and dismissed which led to buying things that didn't work for me. At Cyclepath they ask me if I need help immediately upon entering and listen to my questions thoughtfully to provide me the best recommendations. Their saddle library program is also amazing and has helped me tremendously in understanding what works and doesn't for my body.

Okay... each visit I have made here has been flawless. PDX is a bike town, that's no secret... so competition is stiff and I have my favorite LBSs, for sure... this happens to be one of them. I am thankful that they carry Selle Italia products. Namely, the SLR Ti Superflow saddle I wanted. They even took time to ensure I was purchasing the proper width saddle. This shop is easy to get to AND they have decent sized parking lot right outside the front door. Thanks, guys. I will be back.

When we made our way to the shoe department, the associates there were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They answered our questions, helped us find the right size, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that values customer service and actually takes the time to acknowledge you. Of course, I couldn't leave without finding something for myself! I ended up grabbing a pair of Nike slides, and they've turned out to be one of my favorite purchases lately. They're unbelievably comfortable -- basically like wearing slippers -- and I find myself reaching for them every single day. Overall, it was an easy, enjoyable shopping trip, and I'll definitely be heading back to Dick's the next time we're in the market for shoes.

He motioned over to a part of the store with his hand, and that was it. They only had a yellow baseball cap with an Oregon ice cream cone on the front. What the heck is that? When exiting, we expressed our surprise that they did not have more gear for a popular university from their state. The employee did not care. Good luck for this location staying in business.
