However they are not that friendly to customers and they're not that helpful like some bike shops are in Portland. And they don't carry bicycle rain pants they tell people to go spend $300 $400 at Dick's sporting goods when most bicycle shops have bicycle ramp pants in the shops. And they do not have a very good selection on bicycle jackets. In my strong opinion this is not a bike shop to go to until they can make changes and do a better job and start carrying more and better merchandise including bicycle rain pants. They can learn from bike shops in Portland including from NW pro gear.

When we made our way to the shoe department, the associates there were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. They answered our questions, helped us find the right size, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It's refreshing to shop somewhere that values customer service and actually takes the time to acknowledge you. Of course, I couldn't leave without finding something for myself! I ended up grabbing a pair of Nike slides, and they've turned out to be one of my favorite purchases lately. They're unbelievably comfortable -- basically like wearing slippers -- and I find myself reaching for them every single day. An appointment was booked, and he texted to let me know he was on his way and how soon he would arrive. Absolutely on time. He serviced and repaired two 28-year-old Performance Mountain bikes. When he was finished, they were literally better than new. One bike needed no new parts, just a tune up. The other needed a new brake cable and tune up. The work was completed in just over an hour. Mitch test drove both bikes and had us do the same. He also adjusted heights, removed an unwanted set of pedal covers, and gave us tips on shifting. Kind, professional and financially reasonable. Super fast service, kind and competent staff, and an adorable "shop dog" to boot!…read more My grandmother gifted me her old Borrego (a nice bike in its day, but extremely neglected after years of sitting in the garage) which I brought in to Beezle Bikes. Tom (owner) was super helpful and quick to diagnose what the bike needed. He was able to get my ride back to me in a matter of days despite the fact that it needed a full overhaul. The Borrego now looks (and feels) brand new: clean, crisp and smooth. I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs quick turn around (it seems like everywhere else had month long waits OR MORE), and who likes their ride in tip-top shape.
