I go to incredible pizza a couple times a year and I think it's the best of both worlds. Something to do for adults and kids all in one.

We always have a blast at Incredible Pizza. Food ranges from wanting to pretty stinkin' good. There is plenty of room, and variety in decor. You can watch an old movie for free, and sometimes a tiny Elvis will sing if you're in to that. If not, pick another room. I do wish IC would implement a safety policy like other child friendly places have. Honestly, for what you pay on food and games, they should be able to mark your hand and link you to your children so that no one else can leave with them. We stay with our kids though, so it's not a deal-breaker. We'll keep going. read more

We love going to Incredible Pizza! We are foster parents and it is really hard to get young fosters to eat. Not a problem here. Food and fun makes a great meeting place for family. This is a good place to take the family. If you get the game packages it can add up, but if you can spend a couple hours it is worth it. The pizza is great and they actually will make gluten free pizza. The salad bar was well stocked. The game room is fun and they have old & new stuff..like dance dance revollution and guitar hero! Family entertainment under one roof for a great price. Lots of side attractions, lots of games for everyone - or if you'r e like me and just want to watch... sit in the 'old fashioned soda shop' restaurant area where it's somewhat away from the general craziness. Grab a booth and relax while the energizer bunnies go haywire in the gaming area!! I really would like to see them get wifi and will put a request into management tomorrow when we take the kidlets... The buffet is large, lots of choices and great generic fun -in other words this isn't great food - its good food for the munchkin set! Do you have a handful of kids and need something fun to do on a rainy day or a day it's just too cold or hot to go outside? Incredible Pizza is the place for you! All-you-can-eat pizza, salad (and other things like chicken strips, macaroni and cheese, etc), tons of games, Go Karts, Laser Tag - what else could be better?! We've taken all ages there, from 7 to 70 (although there is stuff for younger kids, and older "kids" as well!) and everyone has had fun. Sure you think you're all that in a bag of PO-TA-TO CHIPS! But you're not! No way! I couldn't figure out how to open the bathroom door for one... Two, the arcade games suck and my card didn't work. i WON NO TICKETS! And when I went to talk to someone about getting a new card... THEY WERE SO RUDE. My daughter had a bad time too. It's pretty fun for kids. My son enjoyed it a lot. The food was good for the price. I would definitely recommend it to families.

So I went to Incredible Pizza for the first time yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised that this establishment surpassed all of my expectations. First, the food is EXCELLENT! I am a vegetarian and there were so many options for me to choose from. Typically when I go out to eat I only have a choice of a salad, but at Incredible Pizza I can have a salad, pizza, dessert, mac n cheese, and so much more! (seriously, try the mac n cheese, its great) As far as the games go, wow. I figured I wouldn't be able to do much there since I am not a child, but there is so much to do that anyone of any age can enjoy themselves. We've seldom had less than a very good visit with grandkids to Incredible Pizza. Sometimes after the buffet and trying to keep up with the eight of them makes us take time out and go back to the desert and drinks. I love Springfield's Incredible Pizza Company! Our staff eats there every Tuesday for lunch and we love it! The buffet is always well stocked, and the food looks fresh. I think it is great how they make their pizzas and food fresh everyday and it is all homemade. You also get a lot of food for an awesome price. Our family has visited Incredible Pizza numerous times and always been pleased with the entire experience. The pizza is delicious especially their chicken specialties. It was great when they expanded their buffet to include other foods kids like. My son is now a teenager so we don't visit as often but we do come for the lasertag and racing. DIS-A-POINT-ING!!! Although we don't generally eat here we decided to take our grand son one day last week. We really enjoyed the buffet. We didn't get to the game room on this visit. Our receipt stated that if we did their survey we would receive a free buffet with the purchase of a buffet of the same price. We thought wonderful. We'll take our grand daughter there for her birthday. I did the survey. In order to receive the buffet we needed to attach the receipt and printable coupon together and present it. When I printed the coupon, it read that we would receive a $5.00 on a game card. What the heck? I called to talk to someone. I was told they would honor the buffet offer. When we arrived last night, we had a fight to use the coupon. We were told they were no longer doing the buffet. On top of that, you'll never guess what our receipt said if we did a survey for them. That is right, a buy one get one. read more

We've been going to Incredible Pizza since it opened, even before kids. There is a great variety of food (salad, pastas, tacos, pizza of course, soups, fruit, and desserts). They also just recently added a soda mixing machine so you can mix all flavors of soda. The game room is also very fun with a great variety of games for all different ages. Plus they have frequent specials of free game points that draw you back in. Good place with a Christian atmosphere. read more

We go here frequently and really enjoy it. It is a bit expensive for a family, but they do try and have some deals if you go on certain nights. They have gluten free options and they will even bring you the pizza's you order to your table. The staff has always been friendly and even if it is busy, it doesn't seem to be overwhelming. I do think they need to replace the wooden chairs in the middle room, they feel a bit rickety, but we are always happy about a trip! read more

Incredible Pizza is like the place I go when I have just had a hard month. Not just because of the good food but because of the fact that I am a hardcore video gamer and I love how they now have the unlimited non-ticket video games for two hours to go with your buffet. One of my complaints is that even the ticket games blow through your money pretty quick (and I'm the type that goes to incredible pizza and drops at least 50 bucks on ticket games alone). However, all the kids that had over five dollars on their card are able to go home with some prize for their tickets no matter how small. Another coplaint is they really should start offering 10 dollars and up cards because five dollars only plays possibly three games if you are lucky. This is my definite go to place to spend time with friends when they are having a hard time, or just to go on a date with a guy who likes video gaming as much as I do. Despite the fact I'm an adult they still have tons of attractions that adults can enjoy as much as children, and their laser tag is awesome. I would suggest Incredible Pizza to parents who have kids over 10 because that is the age their games are mostly geared toward. The last complaint I have is that most of the stuff in the kid section are little rides and small games that don't give them much tickets. I wish they still had the Wizard of Oz play place because the rides for the little kids and stupid old school games are not going to keep them entertained that well and will make you be out of money sooner because there is nothing free for you kids under 10 to do. read more

The remodel and addition of new games/rides was worth taking the family. The cold bar is always fresh and there is such a variety of pizza. Always a line at the drink station, but that's probably because it's computerized. Will go back again! read more

loved this place UNTIL they took away the unlimited package. we planned a trip for june 6th. unfortunately the change in prices RUINED those plans. if we decide to go this time it will sadly be the last. read more
