We get a good price as we usually put $$ on the game cards and that will basically give us a free buffet. The service behind the counters, both at check in and ordering a pizza, is amazing as they always have a smile on their faces. However, it seems the last few times we have visited, the quality of the food has dropped quite a bit. Even when ordering a special made to order pizza it seems sub-par. When we used to order a thin crust pizza it would be hot and crispy crust. These times it seems they have sped up the conveyor on the oven and they've been undercooked and soggy. The thicker crust pizzas on the buffet are usually quite doughy which makes me believe I may be on the right track. With other arcades available in the area we may find an alternative to our monthly pizza/game outings. The atmosphere of the place is great. Like I said; those behind the counters usually wear smile and are of great help. It's fun to watch the families enjoy this place as we did when our kids were younger and we brought them there. Even better is 98% of those kids are very well behaved and are quite polite. The food was underwhelming--many items were cold, stale, or not refilled in a timely manner. The dining area also wasn't as clean as it should have been, with dirty tables left sitting for too long. One thing that immediately stood out was having to sign a liability waiver. It was honestly startling and gave the whole place an untrustworthy feeling before we even started having fun. Instead of making me feel reassured, it made me question why such a broad waiver was necessary in the first place. My first thought was, "If everything is as safe as it should be, why is a liability waiver needed?" Whether that's the intention or not, it created a negative first impression and made me less confident in the experience. The arcade and attractions looked fun at first, but several games were out of order, and the ones that did work weren't always functioning correctly. On top of that, the staff didn't seem interested in helping and often appeared overwhelmed or uninterested when customers had questions. The prices have also become outrageous. Incredible Food and Fun used to be an affordable place where families could spend an entire day without breaking the bank. Now, it feels like going there is something you have to save up for. Between the admission, games, food, and everything else, the cost adds up incredibly fast. For what you're paying, the quality of the experience simply doesn't justify the price. Overall, the experience wasn't worth the money. I expected a fun family outing, but instead left frustrated and feeling like I wasted my money. Between the declining food quality, lack of cleanliness, expensive prices, concerning first impression from the liability waiver, and poor customer service, I can't recommend Incredible Food and Fun in its current state. I genuinely hope they make improvements because it used to be a place I enjoyed visiting, but based on my recent experience, I won't be returning.

The staff was very helpful in explaining what to expect and adjusting our equipment. At first it is hard to adjust to the play area in the game vs. the actual room you are in (a grid pops up in the game so you don't run into any real walls) as well as the hand controls, but after a few minutes you get used to it . We did Beyond Medusa's Gate and it was fun to do puzzles in Ancient Greece and it really required teamwork like a real escape room. The only other virtual reality we have done is The Void in Atlanta, and while that was fun for a 15 minute intro to exploring VR, Questledge is more like a true 60 minute escape room where you feel challenged and truly experience that adrenaline rush of figuring out what to do next. We can't wait to go back.

Our group was a mixture of kids and adults but we all enjoyed the hunt. We wanted to escape in the future so Debbie arranged for us to return. We finally got our band back together to swing by and I'm so glad we did! The escape game was thoughtful and complex enough to take the full hour to figure out. The challenge of the Auction House was very fun and we were finally able to solve it with some assistance and about 30 seconds left. I would highly recommend Questledge for their escapes, scavenger hunts and VR experiences. We noticed several groups enjoying VR while we were there. Debbie and company have a good thing going on Main Street!

We arrived at the stroke of midnight and entered a nearly packed and fun venue. The bartenders were efficient and friendly. The indoor and outdoor spaces were much better than our late 80s early 90s college dive bars. The beer flowed in pitchers. Forgot about pitchers. The family tradition of 21st birthday Kamikaze shots was fulfilled. Last call and closing time was well managed. All in all a fun and enjoyable experience!

Cheese but have been to several arcades over the years so they were used to how things went. Most modern arcades use "swipe"cards instead of coins and the machines tally up your tickets electronically instead of the paper tickets from when I used to go to arcades in the olden days of the 80s. Despite being "Covid times", it felt fairly normal in there. Most people wore masks. It doesn't offend me if someone wasn't. Party was cool. Kids all got bags with several (toy) items, pizza, dip-n-dots ice cream, balloons, birthday girl got her name on the tv screen and was able to go in a ticket wind machine. Kids had a great time playing games. I even played a few myself. Prizes seem a little lame. I mean, for 2 hours of play, they got enough tickets for a bag of cotton candy. I couldn't imagine how long/how much $ to get a decent prize. Our server was really good. Always explained everything to my sister (about how things were going to, time frames, etc). She was very attentive. I actually thought, "I don't know how people could work there... that job is not for me." Glad she appeared to enjoy her job. Place itself does seem a bit wailed on. I'm not sure how old it was but it's showing some wear and tear. Games must have been moved and the carpet looks really worn in spots and brand new in others. Women's bathroom was pretty gross. The staff were helpful and friendly, even if they were a little preoccupied talking about the new Star Wars rpg haha! They were attentive and checked us out promptly, as well as offering help if we needed it. There's also a large game floor in the back for open gaming. It can get a bit loud when there are a lot of folks in there, so that's something to keep in mind. I also thought it smelled really nice! Lastly, they had an awesome selection of various leather goods (journals, keyrings, dice bags & trays, etc.) made by someone local for sale. It's a really awesome game store that supports and gives back to patrons and the community!
