My family participates in Kids Bowl Free, we go several times a week. Tonight when we went, we had a problem with the tickets from one of the games. Chandler took the time to help us and fix everything. I give him five stars!!! read more

Such a fun place! Honestly, we have only done the arcade, which my kids loved. It is not too big and overwhelming but has great games for all ages. Staff is always helpful and nice. Andy B's also teams up with the local library and has an email and text club where you can get free coupons and play tokens. They also have bowling, a bar and food, and laser tag. read more

Their customer service is awful. Two hoodies were left behind and 10 minutes after being left my friends called to have them kept there since we live 2 hours away. They told us that they would be kept there in the lost in found. My friends reached out and told them they wouldn't be able to make it by the 2 week mark and they were told that they would still keep the hoodies until they could make it but by the time they were able to they were told that the hoodies were no longer there which is strange considering a week before they were in the lost and found waiting for them or so they were told. These hoodies were expensive, one being lululemon and one being Hooey so someone that works there most likely took them because they are selfish. read more

Pretty cool atmosphere and amazing ice cream. Definitely gives off that laid back bowling alley vibes and the mock-tails are great! That ice cream tasted like an old fashioned hand spun ice cream that was creamy and fruity. Definitely had to rewrite my review because the first was lazy and quickly written! Each year after Christmas my family descends upon Andy B's for some fun bowling and eats. The Bowling Alley is modern and very clean and service is excellent. There are other bowling games to play in addition to playing a traditional game, that keeps things interesting and everyone involved. I ordered a virgin butter beer and it was delicious. It would've been better with the alcohol in it but it was earlier in the day. The food is above average for a bowling alley and worth ordering. After bowling there is laser tag and other games to play so you could spend a few hours here very easily. It is a bit pricey at $49 per hour to bowl but up to eight people can use the lane so it works out well if you are splitting the cost. read more

We just moved to the area and yesterday was our first time to visit and our family had a blast! The place was super clean and staffed well. The food was so good and the variety of activities was perfect. The prizes were good quality too! The best part was Jasmine! She made us feel like family and that we were welcomed and valued. She spent time to tell us all about the specials including all packages and knew the menu like the back of her hand! She made recommendations after listening to what we liked and answered all our questions! She was super great with my kids! They adored her! We all agreed we wanted to come back when she was working just so we could see her! Please recognize her as she made are Easter Sunday so special. The bartender named Brooklyn at this establishment is an amazing human. My niece lost her retainer, and it got thrown away, and she went into the dumpster, dig through everything, and found it for us. She was not only happy to do this, but did so with a smile. I have wanted to come to Andy B's for a few years but have always been too busy. We decided a family leap day extravaganza was the best time to check out this place. Even though I had glanced at the website I was confused as to the seating in the restaurant. We stood at the first desk near bowling wondering if there was a host or hostess to direct us to a table. After five minutes, I finally flagged down a girl to ask about how to be seated. Once seated, we were helped by a stupendous server Trenton. Trenton was very helpful and kind, we were impressed with his service. We especially loved happy hour and when we come back we might just do happy hour items. We enjoyed the mozzarella bites and the pretzels as well as two kids meals and a burger and Cobb for the parents. The highlight of the meal was the strawberry mule cocktails. Delicious refreshing and not too sweet. The game employees were extremely helpful as well. Lots of fun was had by all. read more

Hey Andy Bs, cool place, cool food. But for the love of god, fix your bowling lanes. You lose so much time waiting for ball return. They just pile up, at one point 4 or 5 balls behind the pins. Everything is on strings so more often than not the scoring is off. Not ideal. read more

So you can't make a reservation on the weekends. Fine - makes sense if that's their busier time. You also can't make a reservation during the weekend even if the reservation is for a weekday. They won't take your calls and the website blocks you. Why accept reservations at all then?? Really hate practices that are not customer friendly. read more

Didn't bowl, but heard they had an amazing vegetarian burger, so away we went. Sat on the bar/ restaurant side which was quite nice. Did not expect a bowling alley to have such a nice set up. Full bar with local beers on tap at a pretty reasonable price. We got the burgers, and beer battered fries "extra crispy" we also got a pitcher of the Mother's Octoberfest. The burger came out really fast and hot great portion size for the price, and tasted pretty good. The fries were pretty bomb as well. I'm not going to review the bowling, or game side since we didn't use either, but I did get a chance to glance at a few games, most cost $1.25 to play which seemed pretty pricy to me. The reason they didn't get 3 stars is because of the food portions and taste for the price. The reason they didn't get 5 stars is because our waitress had absolutely no clue of the menu items, or prices of things. She had to leave our table 4 times to ask the price and availability of an item. Are those radio and ear pieces for decoration?..... Other than that pretty cool set up we will definitely be back in, and maybe even watch a game on one of their many TV's! read more

My family had a wonderful restaurant experience followed by a fun night of bowling via the kids bowl free program. We then visited the arcade area to use the gift cards they gave us in exchange for the shoe rental fee, at which point I realized I had left my purse behind. Thankfully a staff person named Matty saved the day by finding it and keeping it behind the desk. Our waiter and all staff were friendly and professional. read more

There is no beer! Maybe I'm the odd one here, but what bowling alley does not have beer? Now, maybe they have changed this since I was there, it was late 2004 or early 2005, but it was surreal walking into this bowling alley and seeing the church bowling teams, all the league kids, and it just felt like a small town movie scene. In the end we didn't bowl. Lack of beer. But, it seemed nice and friendly. Good place for kids, but not so much for a bunch of graduate students. read more

I went here to enjoy some time with my family yesterday and we had a blast! The owner had noticed the pink bracelet my mom was wearing and asked her about it. She has been wearing it since last year when I was diagnosed with breast cancer. She told him about my story and how I beat cancer and wanted to do something special for me and my family and made our experience here a memorable one! We had a great time at Andy B's. Everything from the lanes to the shoes we New and up to date. The place was very clean. The staff that took care of us was great and on top of everything. We shared a bunch of appetizers with a group of people. The unwrapped crab Rangoon was wonderful. The loaded nachos were really good too. We also got a couple of lattes on our way out that were really good. We plan on going back and taking the kids next time. This is a great place to go bowling, get food and have fun. read more

It was my mom's birthday and we made a large reservation for 12 (2 lanes). When we made the reservations we didn't know we could apply a student discount, and wanted to see if we could still have it. A cashier at the front, Tyler, was helping us. Since we had already paid for the lanes, he took it upon himself to apply the discount to everyone's shoe rentals! He even did the math on how much it would cost/save us! He was just so nice, helpful, and accommodating, especially for it being so busy. Not only him, but all the employees were especially helpful and friendly. Aidan was very nice and helped us out quite a bit. Around the end of our first game, we decided we wanted to keep going, and another man at the front desk, I forgot his name, black hair and beard, helped us extend our time without a thought! The food was also delicious! Great pizza and my parents liked the beer. Overall we are so happy with how our party went and highly recommend Andy B's! Andy B's is great fun for all ages. There's bowling, games, laser tag, decent food and a bar. A little pricy but they do have specials on bowling throughout the week. My fiancé and I have been going to Andy B's for quite some time now. We love the bowling and I love the arcade even more. Andrew is an amazing employee over on the arcade side, and super fun to play laser tag with, especially the night when we didn't have enough people on our team. Tonight we went to go play at the arcade, about half an hour before it closed. we were met with a pink haired lady named Savannah I believe. She informed us that they were closing the arcade down, and I had tried to ask her if there was a reason, since everything was still open, and the establishment wasn't closed yet, and she blatantly walked away from me. You'd think that she didn't hear me or something, but she looked right at me and walked away while I was still talking. I tried to get her attention after she ignored me, and she continue to ignore me. She was just straight up a bitch. Otherwise I do love this place. I cannot believe the customer service she provided tonight though, for us being such regulars. read more

Went to go for a game of bowling, very nice staff and the place was packed with a lot of entertainment for all ages. There is laser tag, a virtual reality game, some arcade games and a bar for the adults. We went to the VIP bowling section, it was a nice place to relax and grab a drink, play a game. It was roughly $17 an hour for VIP section or $14 for the regular section. The $17 was very well worth it, I would definitely come back when I'm in the area. read more

Went in and it was fun for an hour and a half. When my friend and I decided to take a break and look through pictures and laugh. When a worker came up to us and said the manager needed to speak to my friend and I. When we went up he immediately accused us of taking "pictures" of his employees. My friend tried to explain that we weren't taking pictures. Thats when he raised his voice and kept saying it over and over in different ways. My friend finally said Okay and walked away and he yelled at her again and said tell your friend what I told you. It was very unprofessional. read more
