I scheduled my appointments weeks ago for both my kids who have separate insurances. I gave the…read moreinfo for both of them at the time of booking and then offered to pay cash since they could not reconcile one of the carriers with their system. They told me this was in violation of their contract and they could not see him (4 days before the appointment). They offered that I could change his entire insurance carrier....something I have not the time nor inclination or even possibility to do. I cancelled the appointments with both kids. They wasted my time and now I have to wait again for new appointments when my kid has a dental issue. I called Oregon Kids Pediatric Dentistry and they gave me specific instructions on how to change JUST the dental piece of the insurance, and made sure I understood completely both the why and the how and got my kids scheduled. I recommend you use them instead.
