Add to that the fact that our yard is not easily accessible, which means that this job was going to take perseverance and a positive attitude. From the first visit for a quote to the two days that they worked, all members of the crew were pleasant and understanding. The lead arborist graciously offered suggestions on some of my other trees. They were able to complete the pruning all of the laurels, bring down the height of some cedars, and chip all of the trimmings on site so I can use them for compost.
