He's now our first call anytime we have tree issues or concerns. Since, we've had him back to take down trees, clean up our property and mitigate the risk of any future tree strikes. He's incredibly knowledgeable about trees and potential issues they might have. Last time he was out, he took down and/or cleaned up 14 trees for us. They did cut down the tree but only took some of the branches and none of the logs. They said they would be back the next day but did not take the debris. I called a few times. They promised twice to come out to remove the debris (that I paid them to remove) failing to show up both times. The team that came out was efficient and also thoughtful. The crew lead gave me some tips about the likely longer term future of a couple tricky trees on the property. They are respectful of permit rules, I have one tree with many trunks that they trimmed as much as they could but suggested I'll need to revisit it this summer when it's more clear how much is dead and make sure it's finished off within permit rules. They don't do permits themselves but can refer someone to help if the homeowner isn't up for it. There was quite a bit of debris from the trimming but when they left the yard was fully tidied, the furniture moved back into place, and the decaying gate carefully closed with a prop against it.
