When I need to interact with the crew directly for any reason they are always friendly and accommodating. They regularly close and lock my backyard gate after themselves which is super appreciated so that I don't have to worry about the dogs wandering out of the yard after a landscaping day. I've weeded my yard a few times before one of their visits and left the weeds in my driveway, too lazy to grab the compost cart - every time they've just cleaned up after me without asking or additional charge. The scope included a full spring cleanup of a heavily overgrown yard, including mowing, pruning, weeding, pressure washing, bark installation, and repairing a distressed gravel pathway. Their pricing was very much on par with the other companies I met - for that large service, as well as ongoing bi-weekly yard care.
